Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

The room was somewhat cold (it was cold spring day), but we were able to use electric heater. It did the job.
Extremely large and tasty breakfast. Very nice host.

In simple words, this stay inclusive of the spacious apartment, the hospitality, the people around and the super delicious breakfast made our stay the most memorable one ever in beautiful Slovenia. The apartment is top notch with a large terrace, garden area with seats and wonderul views. It is situated in a pretty town with a wonderful lake nearby.. The locals are very friendly and they do make you feel welcome which is very important. Truly enjoyed it!

The bed sheets had been washed with a strongly scented detergent, which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep. We would also have appreciated higher-quality sheets, ideally from the same set.
A spacious, well-furnished, and modern apartment. Flexible check-in — we arrived much later than expected, but the host was very accommodating. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, cooked specially for us. The location is picturesque, quiet, and rural, offering an authentic taste of local life, yet it's very close to Ljubljana Airport.

Nothing, it was excellent.
The owners were very welcoming and responded positively to any query we had. The accommodation was excellent value for money in a beautiful location. Breakfast was first class. I would definitely recommend the premises and would stay there again.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartments in the center of the town. Close to the lake, close to the store, close to Krvavec by car. The breakfast is amazing. The owner lady is really helpful.

The hosts were kind and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The location in Preddvor was great, with Grad Dvor, Lake Črnava and Mercator store just a short distance away. A perfect place for a relaxing stay!

In simple terms, the whole stay was superb. Regarding the accommodation, we had everything that we needed, the apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all the utensils that anyone could need. Communication with the owners was absolutely fantastic, they provided all the necessary information before and during our stay. Location of the apartment is stunning, the area is very peaceful and the lake, mountains and nearby towns are beautiful.

Everything was perfect.
Great appartment, very modern, with a fully equipped kitchenette, everything was fine, cold beer is served in the bar nearby. Nice view from the room and from the balcony. Good wifi. Very calm village. Friendly and helpful owner.

Nothing really to dislike. Would help if the hostess spoke a bit more English, but we managed to communicate and everything was fine.
Great house with everything you need. Very well equipped, modern and tasteful. There is a supermarket close by and a great balcony.
