We were assigned a huge amazing room that was really magical. It looked more like an apartment than a hotel room. The pool area is amazing and very relaxing, with a wonderful nature view.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel to celebrate both my birthday and my partner's, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect retreat. The facilities were top-notch, especially the free spa, which we enjoyed every evening—the spa staff were truly great, enhancing our relaxation experience. We also received a complimentary drink upon arrival, although we sadly didn't have time to enjoy it. The receptionists were very professional and friendly, adding to the welcoming ambiance. Breakfast was delightful, and we had the pleasure of dining with Chef Markus for lunch and dinner. He was not only friendly and professional but also created delicious meals that truly enhanced our experience. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I will definitely be coming back!

United StatesI don’t think that the air conditioning in room 403 is working correctly. We had it set to 21 degrees C and it was still very warm! We had to open up the doors and windows just to cool off the room at night. Then the mosquitoes started coming in. When we closed up and just ran the air conditioner it ran continuously all night which told us that the thermostat wasn’t working. The air blowing was not very cold… when we called to reception they said 21C was the coldest you could set it and told us to keep the blinds closed. We did! And of course that defeats the purpose of paying for a view room. Here we are in a 5 star hotel and had the worst night sleep!
Beautiful property and amenities. The room had a nice view, great bed and shower. Location was fine, just a short walk down hill into the park and plaza.

I was lucky to have stayed when the hotel was only half full so it was nice and quiet. i loved the wellness centre and the fact that my 10 year old son could be in there with me. a lot of hotels have it for 16+. The personnel was warm, welcoming and obliging. Full score of 10 for the staff.

SloveniaThe hotel has very little vegan options for breakfast which is unusual for the 5star hotel. We stayed during the weekend and there was a wedding going on in the building next door. It was very noisy and loud music was playing half of the night which was a huge minus 🙁
The staff was very pleased and nice. I like peace and quiet in the hotel wellness and spa.

SloveniaThe hotel rooms are okay, but I was bothered by several other things that shouldn't happen in a 5-star hotel. The first surprise is that parking in the hotel garage needs to be paid separately, especially when there are no other parking options available. It's not about the amount; it's more about the principle. The self-service breakfasts and dinners are relatively basic, and the presentation of food in the self-service area is poor. There's often a shortage of certain dishes, and the presentation of food is quite unappealing. The buffet is often overcrowded, and cleanliness could be better (e.g., dirty menus...). There are tea-making facilities in the rooms, but there's no instant coffee, which would be highly desirable. The explanation from the reception that this is not standard is inappropriate. The drink selection at the bar is very limited, for example, only 4 types of beer. The staff is generally very friendly, but unfortunately, there are also some exceptions.

HungaryThis was an absolute dissappointment. Truly negative experience. We were expecting a luxury 5 star hotel to recharge. The receptionist was very unwelcoming and didnt help at all when we wanted to book a massage. Nobody offeres to help with our bags. The room was very basic, maximum 3 star, nothing aesthetic or luxurious about it.the hotel needs some serious refurbishment. Even the bottle opener was just a piece of easily breakable plastic... The food was the biggest disappointment after the amazing reviews. The waiter spoke in a confusing manner with poor english. He tried to help but there was nothing on the menu without dairy in it. Eventually they prepped some chewy meat and unsalted baked potatoes for us... At checkout they never asked how our stay was.... And we paid about 2x the originally extremely expensive price due to 4 drinks and 2 massages and a parking. Costing over 600euros for 1 night for a really unpleasant experience.
The only good thing was the spa and especiallly the massage. Both of them were really skilled and friendly. The spa was very lovely.
