We had to walk outside to eat breakfast but it wasn't a big problem, spa was in our building luckily. The corridor was a bit old.

I chose this hotel because of spa and closeness to ski area, we had an offer for a good price and we are satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Our double room was spacious including the bathroom and a very big bed, breakfast was also all right. We used a ski bus - 5 minutes walking.

Everything was as on the pictures. The room was good and clean. We could set the heating, so the room had a good and warm temperature. There were many choices at the breakfast and it was delicious. I would recommend it.

The bed mattress was too hard for us and the pillow is extremely soft.

When the receptionist lady found out that we are from Hungary, she started to speak in our language. The wellness area is much better than expected. There are several saunas, jacuzzi, tepidarium and other services. The whole area is well-designed, we really liked it. The dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were delicious. Our room was clean and spacious enough.

Bad materace on the bad. Lack of kettle. There was even not even sigle one in the corridor/common area.

It was really noisy. Maybe it's an old wooden building but people were shouting in the corridors and the lady in the room next door I heard her entire telephone conversation for over an hour.

Super friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. Nice and warm. Good easy and free parking.

Good location for skiing or hiking around the region. Kind ladies at the reception and at the wellness. The hotel has a very good traditional Slovak restaurant. The wellness was better than expected. There are free ski buses that stops just 150 meters away from the hotel.

Overall, it is a great hotel - rooms are clean and tidy, well equiped, the staff is helpful. In the price was included sauna and other SPA center features: there were quite a lot of different saunas, also jaccuzi and rest room. It is possible to order a massage for very reasonable price (massage was great, really recommend). Im the hotel area are restaurant, which offers tradicional dishes (all our tried food was really delicious). The breakfast was in the same restaurant with quite good variety of food.

In 2 evenings there was no hot water due to many people useing it for showers and we had to wait for 1 or 2 hours.

The rooms was very nice, I liked the balcony, the landscape (the hotel is near the forest in a quiet place), the restaurant was the best (very tasty food, the breakfast was various and very good, we had also Pavlova cake at breakfast 🤤), the staff was nice and helpfull. At 200 meters is the bus station from where you can take the skibus to the ski slopes (10 minutes to the slopes by bus).

First check-out is tight. You have the breakfast until 10 am, and check out the same, which is not very convenient. The balcony is solved with a metal grid floor, that is noisy if you step on (particulalry late evening disturbing others), although problematic because if small things drop down they could fall out across the holes of the grid. It is also a matter of taste, the WC sitting, which is of cheap plastic, quite unstable. It contrasts with the other equipment of the room and creates a bad impression. It was not clear if the welness is included or not in the price. Of course we could have asked, but we were not interested. We only had one afternoon to benefit, this is not enough. I suppose many people will not benefit of the welness, still, probably is included in the room price. This is inconvenient. Finally, we were not provided toiletries for the second day. It was not a problem, as we had our own, but if this is a general hotel policy, it migh deprive and negativelly affect travellers who are not prepared for this.

The property is in an excellent location, with very kind staff all across the service facilities. The location might be problematic for some, as it is around 6 km far from the city of Liptovsky Mikulas, but it is in the mountains, with excellent natural surroundings. The room we got was also in a very good condition, and we had the chance to get a room with balcony, although apparently there are rooms with no balcony. It was also in a quiet part of the building, it may be that in other parts is more noisy.

Dust clots on window sills. Shower head holder is badly installed - shower head falls out. It was cold at night and the room had no extra blankets. Couples need to note the toilet is just 1m away from bed and the door is not shutting the room well. There is also a frosted glass right by the toilet.

People are really nice there. Rooms are spacious and well equipped - robes, slippers, shoe care kits are items of upper standard. Access to spa is a great bonus and spa itself is really good. However there are flaws.
