No minibar was provided, no water/refreshments provided in the room, the bath tub plug was not working, tv extremely difficult to work out, not enough kitchen utensils, only two plates and two mugs, no water supply the kitchen.

The Telephone was occupied when i wanted to park so it was a little bit of a hassle to park the car at the other side of the building.

There is not much to be honest, all of these are not too bad: - the check-out is at 10:00 am, which is very early (can be 11:00am if you pay extra 10€, but still not that comfortable) - the air conditioners in some of the rooms are a bit old and sometimes break. In our first room it was broken, and the staff changed the room at no extra cost. So you will definitely have the service you payed for - the parking is not free, which was not clearly stated at check-in, and costs 10€ a day

The hotel is located near the city centre in an old city house built in the XIXth century, I suppose. It is a great opportunity to live a vintage lifestyle with all possible comfort features. The apartments are equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, cooking pads, electric kettle, comfortable king-sized beds and a modern TV set. There is a set of teas and coffees for you to have a great morning or a cozy evening without any need to go out. I liked the lighting very much, as you can choose it to be more Ambient or more functional. The Wi-Fi is great in terms of speed. The staff is very welcoming and usually speaks great English and sometimes Hungarian, which is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast can be served in the rooms (for no extra cost) or in the café, and is worth every penny.

I stay in this Apartment for 1 month. For the 1st until 3rd weeks having problem with WIFI connection. They apartment has 3 WIFI, (1 my Apartment hotel residence, Canceria, and the other one Kaverin) and all of them are slow even sometimes not connected. However, in the 4rd week they have another WIFI call aparmant and its better than others.

I like the staff, all of them are very pleasant and helpful

This was a nice place, with a separate working space suitable for online work. The apartment worked for three friends with differing needs. The reception staff were fantastic and very responsive to our requests. Thank you! The breakfast was great, everyone was happy.

I cannot thank the staff enough for being professional and beyond accommodating. I would like to specifically thank Diana for calling me on the phone and making arrangements for my family , which got stuck on the border during the checkup and checked them in at 3 in the morning! For that alone, this hotel and its wonderful staff deserve all the praise in the world. The beds were very comfortable, the room was immaculate and the breakfast was plentiful, abundant and delicious. Thank you for everything!

This apartment was top class, service was outstanding and breakfast was amazing! Highly recommend to stay here! There is nothing better than to have your own private sauna and get breakfast served to your apartment during pandemic covid times! Another bonus points for being animal friendly Hotel! 10/10!!!
