We had bad experience on the way to check in on the reception. They wanted deposit for the room in cash, and refused to try with the kredit card. It takes 15 minutes talking and explaining to convince them to try the card. Finally they have done it

I don't have a negative for our stay.

Our room was amazing we had a 2brm suite. We were so close to everything. We were walking distance to Patong Beach, Bangla road. We also had a 7 eleven for supplies just across the road and a family run laundromat about 50m from the hotel that washed and folded our clothes for a very good price..there was so many food places to choose from in very close proximity. I would definitely recommend this hotel from the experience we had.

The location is ok, the amount they charge and the location is little far from beach. So value for money I don't think so. But the hotel stuff behaviour is great.

The room is amazing and really liked their breakfast. And halal breakfast is available which is very important to me.

Toilets had no door lock. The doors would not close properly. The water flow through showers was slow. Despite raising it with housekeeping, not much was done.

We got a nice 2 bhk apartment which had good sea views. The hall was large. The hotel is centrally located, closeby to shopping centre. Quite peaceful, I would say.

We changed rooms 3 times in a 12 night stay(don't stay in the smaller building at the back), our fist room smelt damp and was small, our second room (4th floor main building) the air-conditioning on the balcony was so loud my partner had to wear earplugs. The 3rd room was good (7th floor main building) great view of the ocean and nicely renovated bathroom (if an ocean view is what you're after don't go lower than the 7th floor). There are several businesses in the hotel, beauty salon, massage ect which were all closed due to no staff. The hotel seems to be very short staffed, the pool bar (which says it opens at 11am daily) never opened on time I had to ask staff on a daily basis when will it open and the answer was always 1pm because no staff and sometimes closed early because the bar tender had to work the bar in the hotel. The hotel is a little dated, I believe some or all of the rooms are individually owned which would explain why some rooms are much better than others.

The staff were amazing and were quick to assist us with any problems which was great. The two pool areas were also very nice with plenty of pool chairs and shade. The best thing in my opinion was the Sky Bar, great view of the ocean, fantastic place to watch the sunset and free canepes.

A major off put was the air conditioning fan/unit/outlet was on the balcony and blew extreme hot air onto us, didn't help that you had to deal with the humidity as well as the unit. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were so soft, you might as well not have had them. When around the pool it would have been nice to be offered drinks 🍸 it would have given the staff something to do, but also bring revenue to the hotel, we had to get up and ask for a drink to be brought out. We possibly would have spent more if this had of been the case.

Great view, stayed on the 17th floor, we could see the amazing ocean and all the activities going on. Pools were amazing we basically had them to ourselves. Extremely close to all restaurants, convenience stores and the beach. The room was comfortable and roomy, the TV had satellite channels which was convenient when the monsoon rain set in for the day.
