The pool by the beach could use some cleaning so guests can use it(especially that you can’t swim in the sea in that area), you can still swim in it, but it’s not very clean. Could use more comfortable lounging area by the pool/beach. Make sure to stay in the new rooms closer to the beach, as they are great and MUCH better and renovated, the old ones are not nice at all and outdated.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have plenty of tours that they can book for you. The free shuttle to Ao Nang was a great option (after 8pm you have to find your way back). The resort is located in a quiet area next to amazing limestone cliffs, so was a nice place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. Make sure to stay in the new rooms closer to the beach, as they are great and MUCH better and renovated, the old ones are not nice at all and outdated.

No other restaurants or 7 eleven around. The breakfast buffet was the same food everyday so we got a bit sick of it.

The best view in Krabi. At the end of a road with awesome view of rock formations. Best view of any hotel we stayed at. Free shuttle to Ao Nang beach each day was awesome!

Maybe to let us know how they wpuld.clena the room..they did not tell us ..sp.whem we came back.it was not clean.. However once we told.them.they acted promptly

Loved beaxh was soo close by..i can take a great walk in the morning..breakfast was good i would.loved more American style.breakfast maybe more fruits yogurt granola the egfs did not look appetizing..

Safety and cleanliness. The safe provided in the room is too small. The internal phone system did not work. Shower attachment rod came off the wall. Towels are torn and needed replacement. Ants in the room. Too many steps on the property which are not lit at night properly. Need to be careful walking around. I almost cracked my head on the headboard while trying to rest on the bed. Wrong design. Place is beautiful but needs professional help to turn this place to a true resort.

The natural surroundings. It's not a beach resort. You want calm and quiet surrounded by mountain on one side and the ocean on another plus lush green manicured garden, then this is the place. It has 3 beautiful pools and excellent staff. If you want the beach, you can take a hotel provided ride to Ao Nang beach.

Stunning resort bordered by limestone karsts and the ocean. Very clean spacious rooms, 3 big pools, friendly reception and free shuttle into town. Short boat ride to Railay and car ride to Ao Nang.

A bit dated - could do with an upgrade - and the lack of a bar/ evening restaurant/ social area. The area below the lowest swimming pool overlooking the sea would make a fantastic place for a restaurant/ bar.

Don't get fooled by the name: The place is located at the seaside and even has a tiny sand strip in front, but it's not really a "Beach Resort" because you cannot enter the water due to rocks and heavy boat traffic. To get to the beautiful beaches in the region, you need to either take the shuttle to town and then a boat, or walk for an hour when the tide is low. Around the hotel there's nothing to do, there's not even a supermarket or restaurant.

Clean and spacious rooms, two large pools and the hotel offers a free shuttle to Ao Nang town every hour or so between 10am and 8pm.

Can’t point out anything major. Perhaps the internet got a bit slow in the evenings when everyone would connect.

Very clean and modern. Well maintained property and rooms. Great staff. Giant pool. The transfers to Ao Nang are very convenient and their drivers can always give you a lift for a very reasonable price. Just a note - pick up in Ao Nang is in front of the McDonalds that is near the Starbucks and farther away from the beach. The location is amongst some scenic mountains and you can actually take a stroll along the path behind the hotel into the jungle. We were served complimentary fruit and had the room cleaned daily. Breakfast was standard for Thai hotels, but filling and great for the price.

Nothing that I can think of. Its not a 5-star property but the pleasing people managing it has converted it into a 5 star hospitality centre.

The staff is extremely courteous, and they go out of the way to accommodate the requests from guests. The location is awesome, right besides the sea and with a backdrop of a cliff. The porch of the restaurant overlooking the sea brings a great ambiance on a full moon day.

Very far from city center, about 9:00 p.m everything was closed at the reception was only security guy.
