Our family enjoyed our stay and would love to come back There was a funky smell in the bathroom that would come and go

The host is the best part of the stay, he is friendly and helpful 👍 The rooms are large, plenty of room for my wife and children. The beds are big and comfortable, only needed the air conditioner on for a short amount of time and place stayed cool all night and had great nights sleep every night. The separate kitchen area is also big, has a prep area, and a kitchen table/chairs, a brand new toaster, kettle and large fridge/freezer. Inside our room we also had a separate shower and toilet area, body wash, shampoo and toilet paper all provided. There is a 7/11 next door, and a Great cafe right in front with excellent drinks and meals. There so many shops and restaurants minutes away in every direction. Clothes washing service available afew doors up, they wash, dry and fold all our clothes for low price. Can highly recommend Baan Asree 😊

- the living area didn’t have an ac, just a fan but it didn’t bother us too much as we hung out in the bedroom

- we had the apartment at the front on the street level. Spacious living area and a big bedroom with 3 very comfortable queen size beds - the AC in the room was powerful and kept a good temperature throughout the night - the guesthouse host was very friendly. We arrived early because of our bus from Bangkok so he let us drop our bags in his office and drove us to Ao Nang beach and then kindly picked us up when we couldn’t get a taxi back. - he also let us check in as soon as the other guests had left - the location is just a 20min walk to the closest beach and the minimart next door is one of better priced shops that I found in the area. Fruit shop on the corner and lots of small restaurants around

We really enjoyed our stay at Baan Asree, and were very happy with everything. There were big beds, a sofa and TV. The staff were very nice and always were standby and helped us whenever we needed anything.

We accidentally left two items in Krabi and the owner graciously sent them to us in Bangkok. This was what our stay was like as well He was warm and welcoming. He helped accommodate and even gave us an extra towel, blanket and pillow. The location was two minutes from the Saturday market and around d some good restaurants. We loved how close it was to Super Cheap as well. We enjoyed the details like having a knife and cutting board to enjoy some Thai fruit as well. The ac worked well and the neighborhood is safe; I know this be cause I accident left my wallet and bag outside on the table all night. It was only an 8 minute drive to the beach. It has a cute little restaurant Chill Chill right in front of his place as well. If you are traveling with a family and have a car, it's a great place to stay. If you don't have a car, there were other means of transportation to the beach. It was a quiet and very clean place. We appreciated them taking off shoes at the door as this means the floor of the place is clean. They had great room service where they would give us new towels and sheets everyday. They didn't scrimp on service. The walls are a little thin but we had white noise. I would advise that you bring a sponge and dishwashing soap if you plan on using their cups, mugs and dishes; we used it everyday and it was great. For the shower, they provide body wash and shampoo. I would recommend that you bring your own hand soap. Outside of this, we were very content.

1. Smelly toilet. Luckily there was a ventilation fan inside the bathroom.

1. Good value for money - room comes with 3 king size beds, big refrigerator, smart TV, AC, living and dining area and hot shower. 2. Location - a lot of halal eateries nearby with convenient stores just beside the room. Ao Nang beach & Ao Nang Night Market is only 10 minutes away by car or tuktuk. 3. Small swimming pool for the kids 4. Very friendly and helpful staff

Everything . Everything was perfect . The location , the room the hostage . It is really a pleasant place to stay . Lot of halal food , not so far from aonang beach but still not a walking distance from that . But it was really perfect place to stay .

The smell from the toilet even it is really clean (I thought because of the contribution). The room is just alright and having 3 beds in a room is not a good idea for family since it is a bit small and not comfortable.

The owners is really helpful and enthusiastic, he helped to bring us to the beach nearby by his car at 9pm because it is late and help us to find a bike rental. The price is cheap and clean.
