Location for taxi was not the best. But that is very minor.

We had the villa and it was amazing, very private and with spectacular views of the river.

I love everything about this hotel, this is my second time staying. Not too touristy, clean, beautiful views from the restaurant , staff goes above and beyond. There is a ferry that takes you to the other side of the river, it stops 5min from the hotel. I will definitely return on my next trip to Bangkok.

The fridges in the room are very noisy. We just had to unplug the fridge in the evening. Food at the restaurant can be improved, we were slightly disappointed with the quality of the food however the view was amazing!

Great hotel, in a very good location. We loved the views of the river and Wat Arun and Wang Lang market. Excellent street food, and great market popular with locals on your doorstep! The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile with all customers. I had my birthday, during my stay, they brought me cake in the room and decorated the bed. It was a lovely gesture. The hotel is very clean, and offers a nice rooftop bar, and terrace restaurant with amazing views of the river. I would definetely stay here again.

Almost no restaurants in easy walking distance open for dinner. This was not the hotels fault and I would gladly stay there again if needing to be close to the Thonburi train station.

Shower water a bit warm, could not get cold which would have been great after a day walking in the heat, not a lot of toilet room for a tall person

It didn’t brother us but because of the market taxi may not be able to stop in front of the hotel. If you contact the hotel, they will help and pick you up. I wish there was warmer water in the outside bathtub.

Very nice, clean hotel in less turisty area and with amazing river views. We loved the neighbourhood and the surronding market. The hotel has restaurant with very good food, coffee house, craft beer bar and rooftop bar with spectacular views. Make sure to go there for an evening drink. We stayed in a villa apartment with a tarrace and outside bathtub. Staff was nice and helpful.

Location was perfect for us. We were on the river almost directly across from the Imperial Palace. River transportation was minutes away from the hotel lobby. Other transportation via subway to cross river was a short distance by tuk tuk or cab which was useful when the river boats were not running. Subway system was clean, safe and efficient. Views from the hotel restaurant’s were beautiful and relaxing. Room was very spacious. The hotel was in the WangLang market so every morning woke to lots of activity behind the hotel with merchants selling anything you could need. It was very quiet at night. Definitely recommend that you purchase the breakfast offered in the restaurant. Lots of great food and choice to get you through your day. Breakfast staff were excellent as well as front lobby staff. Recommend this place to anyone that does not want to be in the hustle of downtown Bangkok but wants to still be close for sightseeing.

The street outside is a little bit noisy and crowded...but that's fascinating too.

Very good position, close to the pier to reach most attractions. Clean, professional staff. Wonderful view from the top. Very appreciated.

The TV is good and smart (WEB OS) but I can't find a way to cast from my phone to the TV even though it has the facility. The restaurant is noisy with music from people who are not very professional. I think they will get busier if they cut the music mid week. Drinks at the roof bar are very over priced compared to other options.

I stay in this Hotel every month. It's close to the Hospital where I have treatment. It's 5 mins walk from the hospital and the water taxis which go almost everywhere on the river. There are free boats to Asiatique which has a fantastic choice of restaurants a lovely holiday atmosphere. The rooms are nicely decorated and the TV is modern. The bathroom is functional and has a very good electric shower. The is a great value for money stay. It's not far from a lot of the sites via the river and the train systems. Why stay in Sukomvit for 5 times the prices in a chain hotel. There are lots of good eating places near the Hotel.

We like the food but more offerings of American food would have been appreciated

The location was incredible! It was within walking distance to the ferry and wang lang street market. We could hop on and off the ferries to see all the temples we were interested in seeing. It offered a good breakfast in the morning with incredible coffee. It was the best hotel we stayed in Bangkok and we stayed at 2 others.
