To provide kettle and cups but no coffee or tea sachets seems a bit odd. To price individual items separately for laundry is something I’d never come across before and is way too expensive as compared to 1.4kg in a nearby shop for 60 baht. These two issues just annoy guests and could easily be addressed.

The proximity to the beach, the friendly and helpful staff. Despite low ranking for WiFi I had very good reception in my room.

It doesn’t have a lift, not ideal for someone older or not fit / mobile to walk up the stairs. Bar needs to stay open till late and also the restaurant. At times it closed by 9.30pm. Please change the light bulbs so it’s bright as it’s very dark in the rooms and bathrooms. (Need LED lights)

It was close to the beach, street food on the beach front. Property had a restaurant/ cafe. Short walk to supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby. Taxi stand outside. Staff were very friendly and also the owners.

We didn't take the breakfast option, luckily. But one morning we tried the continental breakfast. It was not that good. A small portion of Muesli with a tiny bit of yoghurt and a mini croissant, commercial fruit juice out of a packet, coffee or tea. It was also expensive for what it was. There are a lot of breakfast options in town.

Surin is an expensive place to stay. This hotel was a bit more competitively priced and for Surin it was good. Our stay was okay. It is an okay place to stay. If you don't eat meat then the breakfast is not worth the money. We didn't take the breakfast option, luckily. But one morning we tried the continental breakfast. It was not that good. The only one small thing I didn’t like that it was no place to put swimming suit, maybe you could install some small hanger in the room, by the window?

A great hotel right in front of the beach. You just need five minutes walking. Also cafes, restaurants, seven eleven are located close by. The cleaning is amazing, really nice and clean. I also liked design of my room. The water was hot and AC was working. The bus stop is just around the corner. I really liked the bed and slept very well. I will definitely come back.

Best thing about this place is the cleaners, they are very lovely and do a great job!! I appreciated that when I didn’t want the room cleaned they still left me water. A lovely touch! Thank you!!! The coffee at the restaurant is also excellent! All the staff are very friendly when you walk past reception on your travels. The room has a very cosy cave feel. I booked for a night and ended up staying around a week. Would definitely stay again!

Friendly staff always happy to help with any questions. Bed was comfortable, location was good plenty of food options close by plus restaurant on site. Close to the beach out front and all the food and other things available there.

The restaurant opens 8.30 am, too late for breakfast, and closes at 6.00 pm, too early for dinner.

There was a lot of noise as night. The room has a distinct echo and you could hear a lot of what was going on around you. This is not ideal if you are a light sleeper. It was a bit expensive for the type of room and I would have liked a balcony but the location made it worth it.

Loved the staff and cleanliness. The location was really close to Surin Beach which is a perfect tourist location. There is a tax rank just opposite the road and it made travel really easy. The restaurant next door is great!
