Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There are no hot water in the shower, it’s too old needs renovation the shower is for very short people only They gave me a different room not the one which I booked The AC was making loud whistlen all the night
I like the location but for the people who like quiet places I don’t recommend it for them

Walk in showers would be much easier for the older generation.

It was a self service hotel. Expected atleast some one to transfer the luggages to the room. Also, no scope for even little extension of timing to check out.

The room I was in was next to a room getting renovated so there was a little noise in the morning if I had a big night out

The pool was dangerous with all the loose tiles at the bottom of pool, def a hazard if u cut your feet also the cleaners could clean better as there was sand in my shower and the bathroom was not cleaned

Not to much really, I knew where I was going and it was fine for me.
Being disabled it was very good for me the location was ideal. The staff were all helping and very friendly.

The room wasn't really clean, and there was strange smell when we got inside. Only one elevator for everyone is not enough for sure. And the pool... Looks like it was abandoned, broken floor, almost no chairs, looks dirty. Didn't like it at all.
The resort location is very good, it's few minutes from the beach and the main street in Patong. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful.

The housekeeping staff does not clean the room properly. They just mop the floor, two of the days they did not even do that. The location is central but it’s really loud. You have a lot of places around and there is constant noise coming. If you are a sound sleeper then it won’t affect you. The location is not bad at all, but it’s noisy sometimes

The pool area is old and no bar. The pool table is too old and unable to use. The bathrooms are all old and outdated with sewerage smell from sinks. The beds are hard, the breakfast bar had little to no selection as we were hoping ro have a omelette or some sort of fresh eggs at least. The tvs could have more options to watch but that is not so important.
Staff were friendly and lovely. The location is perfect.

The elevator is very slow and in rush hour, it s frustrating sometimes and you rather take the stairs. The biggest downside is that the live bar is integrated in the 1st floor of the hotel and the band plays until 3:30 am or so. Hard to sleep when you are sober and not super tired.
You have to like the location. Right next to OTOP bar scene can be very loud, but if you are here for party, it is the place to be. The rooms are huge and clean with connection doors at the balcony if you are there in larger groups. Staff is super friendly. Pool is great, but the restaurant is closed so you have to get stuff at the supermarket.

I wish the breakfast could have been abit more westernized and have abit more options to choose from, it was the same options every day besides the pastry that changed like the Muffins .

Feels like the property is tired and needs a general update. The step ladder into the pool was broken which made getting in and out of the pool difficult for me being a larger person
Good location next to the OTop bar site and a short 10 minutes walk to the main Bangla area. The included breakfast was good enough

Infront of the pub music way too loud. Both room mattresses seems uneven when we slept on it.. not comfortable.

The food options
Location is great. Absolutely no food options. The buffet breakfast confused you what day it was. The one & only restaurant closest at 8pm and God forbid you may get grubby during the night. Descent sized rooms with bad drainage. Overall 5 out of 10
