To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A large family room with two double beds meant ample space for the three of us. I liked the Happy Toilet and large fridge which accommodated our fruit purchases very well. Bottles of water provided each day.

JerseyThe hotel room was outdated and noise travels very easily. The rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been, which was a shame. The wifi connection was poor in the room.
The location and breakfast were good, although there could be more variety of fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful - they were the highlight of our trip. The pool was also good. We were given complimentary water, which was much appreciated.

LuxembourgI asked them to help me find a nice boat tour and they suggested me one which costs something around 2000 bahts as far as I remember. Then I said no, walked to the river, asked the first one I saw and they said 700 baht. Which was also tourist price but come on the one hotel tried to arrange? I would expect they consider the comfort of the visitors but apparently all it is about the money.
I like the river view from the balcony of the room. But I have to say that I booked the room with river view and it was not the one showed on the photos. Then I asked for an upgrade for 500 bahts and it was ok. The room was super big and comfortable. The room service was good for a good price. The location was amazing, walking distance to river where you can take the boats. A lot of markets, massage places, manicure and pedicure places in walking distance.
