The one-day trip booked from hotel front desk was a tourist scam. Breakfast way too much expensive, so we didn't take it. The MacDonald next to the hotel offers good breakfast at a much more fare rate

Noisy aircon system, which when switched on caused us to cough quite a bit. Probably requires a new filter and maintenance.

A large family room with two double beds meant ample space for the three of us. I liked the Happy Toilet and large fridge which accommodated our fruit purchases very well. Bottles of water provided each day.

Key wasn’t smooth. We had to open our door with our effort.

It was so big room and we had 3 toilets which is really good. Swimming pool was great

The hotel room was outdated and noise travels very easily. The rooms weren’t as clean as they could have been, which was a shame. The wifi connection was poor in the room.

The location and breakfast were good, although there could be more variety of fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful - they were the highlight of our trip. The pool was also good. We were given complimentary water, which was much appreciated.

The hotel is good, but not really worth five stars. Only two elevators. The balcony was nor usable and only hosted the AC unit.

Kitchen and washing machine in the room. Breakfast was very good but mainly geared to Asians. Very good take away breakfast, when we had an early departure. Connected to big department store.

Well located with an excellent 6th-floor pool. Room service was reasonably priced, delicious, and served with a smile.

I asked them to help me find a nice boat tour and they suggested me one which costs something around 2000 bahts as far as I remember. Then I said no, walked to the river, asked the first one I saw and they said 700 baht. Which was also tourist price but come on the one hotel tried to arrange? I would expect they consider the comfort of the visitors but apparently all it is about the money.

I like the river view from the balcony of the room. But I have to say that I booked the room with river view and it was not the one showed on the photos. Then I asked for an upgrade for 500 bahts and it was ok. The room was super big and comfortable. The room service was good for a good price. The location was amazing, walking distance to river where you can take the boats. A lot of markets, massage places, manicure and pedicure places in walking distance.

Brilliant location near the BTS and pier. Spacious family rooms.

Elevator is terrible. You're locked to your floor. Can't access any other floors. You need to use the silly card to use the elevator. Only two elevators for the whole building. Sometimes you wait like 5min.

The family suites on ten floor smelled very musty and the floor was quite dirty. No service for the pools s pool closes early. Staff was polite but not necessarily extra friendly or edged to give tips etc.

Location is perfect and breakfast is really good with excellent choice.

Only a very minor point. The area by the pool to sunbathe was quite small and only sunny for a few hours.

Location (close to skytrain and riverboats), cleanliness of hotel, the hotel's facilities and the staff were all excellent. Being able to leave the hotel via Robinsons department store was vey convenient.

Wonderful view from the room. Great location, near to the BTS and boat pier. They let you take a shower after check-out if you have night trip.

It felt like the breakfast was not of same standard as on the visit before? We paid extra for a room with view. This time the view was somewhat obstructed.

Good location near the river. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Big clean room. Nice pool area.

Not a great balcony view as I was on a lower floor, and the price was just okay for the overall age of the building and facilities.
