Our room was quite dull as there was little natural light getting in.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. They helped us with booking excursions and finding local Thai food places. Special mention to Mim as she checked us in and did everything she could help and always smiling. The hotel has a lovely zen vibe.

The cleanliness could be improved. The air con was very clogged and the filters had to be changed while we were there. The mattresses were ultra soft and not to our liking. The extra bed they gave us had a wafer thin mattress making it very hard. So, the sleep quality was not great.

Very friendly staff. They helped provide directions to a driver who was struggling to find the address. They packed breakfast for us at 4:15 am as we had to get an early flight. The swimming pool was lovely. They let us borrow bikes and recommended good restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast was good and the service was great.

The AC didn’t work very well and the water in the shower wasn’t consistent but honestly for the money value it wasn’t a big deal.

The staff the were so friendly and I loved the amenities the place had. Very cozy vibes and it was pretty walkable distance to rent a bike, exchange money, to the bars / restaurants and the night bazaar which had a lot to do. Definitely would come back!

Lovely quiet hotel near the hustle and bustle but far enough out for a little serenity & recharge! Lots of bits near by - massage parlour, moped rental, food markets. With an overwhelming choice of hotels in Chiang Mai, as a 30 year old couple who love to explore culture at a relaxed pace and have a touch of luxury that is affordable, i would highly recommend this hotel! Also shout out to the staff who are super friendly and go out of their way to research & lan for your stay! PS would recommend Passion Cooking class too!

Perhaps a few more sun beds by the pool would have been good. Also the room had a window above the door which let in quite a lot of light from the corridor - this wasn’t a huge issue for me but may be problematic for light sleepers.

A lovely boutique hotel in a great location close to the centre of Chiang Mai. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and offered us tea upon arrival. The room was a great size and had a large comfy bed. The pool area was lovely and it was nice to have a pool that was quite cold - very refreshing after a day in the sun. The breakfast was a la carte, and there was nice options on the menu.

Not big fun of rainfall shower, not very comfortable to use, but it's my personal preference. The swimming pool looks nice, but I never had a chance to use it.

Very good location and very friendly staff that was very approachable. The room was very big and clean. Very quiet and relaxing environment. The hotel is located away from a busy and noisy street. If I were back in Chiang Mai, I would choose this hotel again.

The pool could have been warmer!

Close to the airport and on the edge of the old city gate this boutique hotel is down an unpromising back street but is a little gem - well priced with lovely and helpful staff (Hello Min!) who are attentive and very helpful booking trips, taxis etc. The room was spacious and really nicely designed, breakfast was good and substantial, there's a small pool and a cocktail bar still finding its feet. The old city is ten minutes walk away and there's an excellent massage shop just up the road.
