The bathroom floor flooded after taking a shower every time. The spa bath looked like it needed a good clean and we were put off using it.

Nothing that I can say I didn't like. Location was good but some main attractions you would need a taxi ride. Taxis very cheap. Use Grab app.

The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you! Special shout out to Boat he was so friendly he showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked. He even helped speak to a taxi driver for us when the taxi driver couldn't find us! So very helpful! We got a complimentary room upgrade. The room was perfect for our 2 night stay in Bangkok! Spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that. The pool and pool bar we sat there on our first morning. The lady at the bar was lovely. Check in and check out was smooth! Would recommend for a short stay in Bangkok!

The tab water smells a bit odd, but that's not in the hands of the hotel.

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Could also store our luggage for a while for free. Rooms are awesome especially the wirlpool and comfy beds, a bit of a rare thing in Thailand. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely.

The shower in both rooms was dangerous . The hot water is boiling and was super hard to regulate . Dangerous for kids . Ended up having cold showers .

Our favorite location in Bangkok. Close to our most loved places, like Grand Palace or Chinatown and of course Ram Buttri and Khaosan. Beautiful pool and small but nice gym.

We liked the size of the room and the quality of the bedlinens. The location was as described and close to bars and restaurants. The areas of the hotel we saw were very clean. We didnt have time to see or use the swimming pool etc as we only stayed one night. We felt it was good value even though there was an extra charge for breakfast.

The room was a bit small but was completely fine. Drawers and wardrobe were great as you could unpack and put your suitcases away

The staff were really friendly and helpful. It was close to heaps of food options every meal we ate out was fantastic. We enjoyed the rooftop pool. Didn't eat in the hotel restaurant so don't know what that was like. Room was quiet at night. Close to Khao San Rd and easy walk to river taxi boat.

Only small piece of feedback is that we were only provided with one key card which you need to have aircon on in room. So when we came back from being out and about in the heat the room was warm and it took a little while to cool down. Having an extra key card to keep the aircon on whilst out would make a difference!

Great location - 10 minute walk to Khao San Road but in a quiet area with lots of amenities around. Nice room, lovely friendly staff. Rooftop pool area great to cool down in Bangkok heat. Overall great hotel, handy location if you want to be central but not in a loud zone.

Room service ended at 8 pm sharp and the area around the hotel was a bit crowded.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the air conditioner worked very well. The staff was pleasant. The room service and the breakfast were very good! We find it a good option when staying in Bangkok.
