Great swimming pool, amazing cocktails in the bar at a reasonable price, tasteful breakfast, very good location, close to metro, close to everything you need, staff very helpful, friendly and polite, we were able to stay at the swimming pool after check out, also use the shower room before night flight. It was good choice!! I really recommend it!!

We liked the cozyness of this quiet hotel with a great location to the city center at Sukhumvit and Asok. Also the rooftop and the pool makes the stay more special with a nice view. The room looked also very nice, with the design. We stayed short time but enjoyed the service, thanks for the staff everything. Just next to the hotel is a 7-Eleven also.

The elevators and hallways had a terrible odor and weren’t clean. The pool area is super tiny.

The staff was super friendly, the location is convenient (next to 7-eleven and BTS), and the room was nice. The breakfast was such a fabulous deal! The service at breakfast was extraordinary too. They even customised for your food (iced coffee, for example), proactively provided us special treats. One of the staff, Rose, is very caring and helpful. Thank you so much! We must come again!

Great 2-night stay here, we had a big room with a view, it was also a cool surprise that on Saturday there was a pool party up top. Lovely breakfast options and location is great, close to a 7-11 and few minutes walk to a shopping mall and public transport. Highly recommend anyone staying here. Must commend the friendly Rose for her lovely hospitality at the breakfast & Mr Bird's delicious eggs!

There was no cheese as part of the „Continental Breakfast“. Vegan options could be improved. I was on 9th floor and there was always noise coming from the 10th floor, where the pool and restaurant area was - even though I asked for a quiet room.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room was very cosy and the aircon brand new. The location in Bangkok is impossible to beat. Also 👏 for the cute instructions manual in the shower 🐘!

The price is a bit high, but quality doesn't come cheap. While the view from the room wasn't amazing, it's not something you'll notice unless you're staying in the room all day.

The staff were super friendly and assisted me with my 30kg luggage without any issues. The room was cleaned daily, and there were always refreshing water supplies available. The hotel is conveniently located near the BTS and a park, with plenty of amenities in the vicinity. I appreciated the efficient air conditioning, which was one of the few in Thailand that worked perfectly. It was silent at night and didn't blow directly at me. Good Internet/Wifi connection - I managed to do my remote work without any issues.

Fantastic Hotel near Skytrain and Benjakitti Park which is excellent. Breakfast was awesome with lots of personal attention from Rose and everyone else from the staff was so friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Might sound as an impatient person but having to wait 15-20min for the keys to be prepared during check-in was unpleasant (after a few hours of travelling and having been stuck in the taxi from DMK for a while (bad traffic), we were very hungry and just wanted to quickly drop everything in the room, take a quick shower and go eat). The waiting time at check-in felt like an eternity and could definitely be improved (we saw another family having to wait as their room was not cleaned up yet whereas check-in indicated time was more than 1-hour exceeded).

Location is perfect : MRT blue line and BTS line. It makes it very easy to go easily pretty much everywhere (including reaching the ARL to go to the international airport), which is very pleasant when you don't have much time in BKK. The room and the facilities were nice and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was correct. Didn't enjoy the pool but was according to pictures (not the biggest pool ever BUT really much enough to get a quick refresh with a nice view)

Fast response, staff are friendly and very helpful .Clean and spacious . Location very good ,near BTs Asok, MRT and Terminal 21 mall. Will be back again. 7-11 is just beside the hotel .
