You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomDirty room. Sink full of long black hair! Electricity cut out in the middle of my shower, no lights etc. Eventually found the trip switch and reset it. Pigeons roosting (and crapping) all over the balcony and rails. Cooing and making noise all night.

French Guiana- the sink was broken : all the water goes to the floor of the bathroom. I informed the reception : immediately they reacted but it has not been possible to fix this problem before my departure (only one night in the hotel). - impossible to close the door of the bathroom from the bedroom side : then the noise of the big road is accentuated because the (very small) ventilation windows in the bathroom can't be closed.
- confortable and modern hotel - good breakfast in a beautiful room and beautiful terrace at the ground floor with wonderful view on new temple.

ThailandThe air conditioner barely worked so we had a hot and sticky bad nights sleep and there was a lot of road noise. The room did have a balcony but it was very small and covered with pidgeon excrement. The breakfast had very little choice, and had nearly already been taken, not even a fruit juice provided.
The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and the WiFi was ok. It was situated on a busy road and had restaurants, convenience stores and a market nearby and there was ample parking.
