The young woman at the front desk when we checked in was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Was able to change our room so we could check in early. Although we moved to a room that was not off the garden, it was very large and we needed the space for our sports gear.

No kettle in the room which is a necessity. The window to the hallway had a translucent curtain so the room was bright at night - had to put towels over it to block it.

Basic rooms but it was clean, tidy and good value for money. Staff were friendly and it's an excellent location. Pool area is nice.

No elevator I think, but not a big problem for us, as we are mobile and it was just one floor up from the lobby. No instructions for the use of the safe. Very happy we did not put anything in, as we tried if first empty (after effort to reset the code) and could not open it anymore.

Nice staff ! Nicely located hotel at the "beach side of the main road through the city". Has a couple of parking spots on the premises. Complete room with reasonable wifi. Room was clean and bathroom was acceptable. Nice breakfast area close the to small swimming pool. Lots of options to dinner and go out in very close vicinity. Area was not noisy. Couple of hundred meters from the beach. Acceptable breakfast with with good coffee.

Unfortunately smoking is allowed on the patios of the rooms and it seemed to suck into our room especially when the fan was on in the bathroom.

Good location, 15 minute walk to train station. 10 minute walk to main Street to catch open air bus south to cicada and tamarind markets. 1 block to ocean but it was rough, uninviting and no one was swimming. Did not eat in this area but less than 10 minute walk to many popular restaurants and also 2 very busy restaurants right at the hotel. Breakfast was good and very peaceful at poolside with American and Thai choices.

Apparently, their system was hacked, resulting in messages threatening to cancel my booking and pressing me to provide financial information using a link in the message. This was handled well by Booking.com customer service, but the hotel never reacted to my replies and gave only feeble excuses when I mentioned this at check-in.

Nice and quiet hotel, with an excellent location. Close to restaurants, the sea and the station. Big and well-appointed room with a small terrace in front. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price-quality relation. Adequate breakfast included.

Considering the price, I have nothing negative to say - that's why I am a repeat guest at this hotel!

The location is perfect, very close to lots of bars, restaurants, massage shops, shopping centres, as well as the sea. The staff are very efficient and helpful. The rooms are simple but spacious and well-appointed. Having many satellite TV channels is a nice bonus. The pool is small but refreshing after golf! The buffet breakfast is also simple but adequate.

The outward facing wall was basically one giant window (sliding glass door).

Breakfast is missing cheese, not much space for breakfast, guests who don't like families but it's not on the hotel it's just Hua Hin. We call it grumpy grandpa city. The beach smells like pee from the horses and the water is green. We saw no one relaxing on the beach. We didn't either because of the pee smell

In bathroom there was not enough places to put e.g. your hygiene stuff. The pool area was uncomfortable.
