There was a strange, damp smell in our bathroom. We probably should have asked the hotel to check it out, but didn't.

Buffet breakfast was excellent, staff were super friendly and accommodating and the pools were crystal clear and not too crowded. Cocktails at the bar were delicious and decently priced. The hotel is right on the beach, so its a short walk to more bars and cafes and Kamala town. On some days there is a market within walking distance from the hotel where you can buy delicious street food, cheap cocktails and any kind of trinkets or clothing you might think of. We will definitely return to Sunprime Kamala Beach.

I liked this resort. It was very quiet and had absolute beachfront access. 4 swimming pools and 2 restaurants it was relaxed and easy with good facilities.

We loved our stay in the hotel, two places to have breakfast meaning it was never crowded staff was super nice. The room was clean and nice view of the pool, since it was adults only it was very quite no screaming kids in the pool. Location was amazing right on the beach front and right next to the little town.

Everything! Great location, well maintained resort, lovely facilities ie onsite massage services. Breakfast was standard but still pretty good. 4 great swimming pools to choose from. Practically on the beach!

Shower was in a bath tub, very difficult if you are old to step in due to slipping. Non-smoking hotel, only a few locations outside away from rooms you can smoke- not great if you are a smoker. Child free hotel? We stayed at the hotel for 1 week and saw children going into the hotel rooms.

Friendly staff. Good location right on the beach. Great amount of sun beds and pools. Great breakfast buffet. Hotel and grounds cleaned constantly.

The staff were very helpful to my gluten free girlfriend and even gave her a small card that she used at other restaurants in the area. All staff were very friendly and said good morning.

If I had to pick something, the bathroom was very clean, but maybe a little dated now. But this is being very fussy.

Ideal location, right on the beach with 5 pools, loads of sunbeds, and 2 pool bars. On-site mini mart, lift access to high floors, large buffet breakfast selection, friendly staff, and very clean. Nice little welcome fruit pack on arrival. The location of this resort was the reason we chose it, really didn't disappoint. There are plenty of restaurants along the beachfront to choose from. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, highly recommend

The resort is quite big and it can sometimes feel a little bit like you're having a mass produced holiday. But that's resorts in general, not specific to Sunprime, so as long as you know that going in then it's fine! Kamala itself isn't very big and has a nice sedate night life, perfect for our stay but if you wanted a bigger party best to stay in Patong

Clean and comfortable resort. We loved the daily buffet breakfast, gym, on-site minimart, helpful staff and clean beach. The pools were beautiful and we loved having the choice of two restaurants. It was a short walk to the main drag of Kamala and there was everything you need for a short holiday, restaurants, bars, massage places and convenience stores with ATM's. Next door to Sunprime is the sister resort that has kids allowed, completely separate to Sunprime though which was nice.

Close the room door when housekeeping were cleaning the room to avoid a room full of mosquitoes.

Everything was very good. The beach was great with direct access from the resort. Pool was great but the pool water was way too hot at 33 degrees during the day, it needs to be cooled down as you feel like your taking a warm bath and does not refresh you. Easy access to restaurants if you did not want to eat in the resort every day. Onsite massages were great value at 300THB Staff at breakfast were amazing, special shout out to Katy, Sakip and Dam also Tanya at reception was great.

Nothing not to like as such, a couple of little moans.. hotel is bigger than expected therefore lacks that personal touch, a few rules, like beach towels etc… but the staff are lovely and all in all a lovely hotel

The swimming pools are brilliant and as well the location, lovely beach and great little places to eat and shop. Rooms a comfy with good A/C
