We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SloveniaThere were two occasions when they wouldn't offer towels at the pool area - we asked multiple times, they also didn't give us a direct answer, if we are going to get them or not. The pool has quite short opening hours (the towels were once gone 2 hours before closing time), they close 3minutes before the hour (with turning off the lights), definitely not the most pleasant way to do it (especially when my husband was still looking for a towel for me; and I told the lady I am not able to come out, since there is no towel for me...).
Great location, nice room size with two big beds, spacious bathroom (although the tiles are really slippery). Great pool area, which actually has some shade. The breakfast is really great, with lots of sweet and savory options.

FranceNice hotel and nice view on Bangkok building. The prices are for foreign people so don't expect any local and careful what you spend, there is way cheaper on the silom street. Also it's what I call now "Thaï service". Wrong room at the beginning, top shower broken, they will fix it but never get fixed. But always with a smile, which is something. Situation is nice next to silom road, but it's far from the historical center. Bangkok is big so there is no perfect spot and depends where you would like to go. Very nice breakfast with different Thai dishes every day, it was really nice. Don't take their taxi, it's 1800 from airport with them I paid 550 without negotiating in the street. We enjoyed our stay (even if I find it expensive for what is it).

United KingdomThe woman on the travel desk. Beware!!!! We decided to book a trip to the floating market and train market at her recommendation. I had been to the floating market before but my partner had not. We paid for the taxi and she said just a small fee to pay at the floating market. The driver was great and the train market was a great experience. However he dropped us at what we thought was the floating market and were showed where to pay for the boat. It was a very slick operation, and something I hadn't experienced before. We were told the fee was 2000b each which was super expensive but we paid as there was no other option. We went in a long-tail motor boat which I thought odd as the floating market was with rowing little boats. We were then paraded past tacky tin static land stalls, not moving on until we bought something, I had to get quite cross before the boat man would actually drive off. This took well over an our before we actually arrived at the floating market that I remembered, where there were other people in the little rowed boats. We were just taken to an over touristy rip off and that was the responsibility of the lady who sold us the tour. My advise stay clear and organise it yourself. Much cheaper and the correct experience. Hotel should not let them in their lobby.
Great location outside skytrain and a short walk to the river and pier. Lovely pool area. Very helpful reception. Super comfy beds.

The skybar was excellent and the staff very friendly. So close to Surasak station so it was very easy to get around. Pool area was superb!

United States of AmericaThe Rooftop restaurant has changed to "high end" dining - and is very very very overpriced. The floor used to be unlocked all day to hotel guests, then serving casual food and reasonable drinks at a fun bar in the evening. Now it is locked during the day, the bar is gone, and the prices are outrageous, As a frequent previous guest, this was a HUGE disappointment.
My third visit, and I have always enjoyed staying here. The Executive Double corner room has a great view and is quiet and comfortable. The BTS Surasak station is directly in front and the Sathorn Boat Pier (to IconSiam, Asiatique, Grand Palace, etc is one stop away. The coffee shop downstairs is great for quick bites.

Attractive room , I paid for a deluxe suite, great view from the 36th floor. Room looked a little tired. Lovely pool area. Easy to get to elevated train, stop immediately in front. A big plus ! Close to central core, but not so hectic. A nice calm feeling in the area. Also close to the river.
