All water to the room is from the nearby mineral springs so we were able to soak in the tub without need to go to the nearby hot springs.

The resort was excellent , the staff at check-in were very pleasant and helpful with advice and local knowledge. Room was very clean and quiet and bed very comfortable. Location was a short distance from town centre and breakfast the following morning was great, enough choices. Would stay again.

Staff were lovely but made many mistakes that were avoidable. Example- ordered a meal & they forgot about it. Never did get it. Sat for over an hour then went to bed.

The room is pretty dark. There's not enough lighting in the room. And it might not be suitable for handicap people or the elderly since you need to walk the stairs for breakfast and there's only the stairs for 2nd floor room.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice and variety. There's onsite parking space. The location is also nice. The restaurant/bakery shop for dinner served delicious food and drinks.

breakfast low quality my deluxe room was nice but, simply overpriced compared to other hotels. I have stayed at 5 stars hotel here during the pandemic to about the same price or even in one case lower!

The breakfast was fair, it could not be a down side but it could be better. The hotel landscape a up along the hill but there are no elevator to cope with it. Some equipment in the room are quite old.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room are clean and tidy. The hotel is located in a nice location with a good view of the mountain. They claim that the running water in the hotel is a mineral water from the mountain.

The room was much smaller than stated - about 5 meters smaller. Uncomfortable bed & pillows. Air conditioner was making a loud noise on low setting. hard to sleep unless you use earplugs. The shower was not mixing water properly - hot or cold. The bathroom & bed & air conditioning & tv of a 3 star hotel. The room needs renovation. Everything is old but small tv. No safe, no bathroom robes.

Good breakfast, location is about 20 min by foot to the area with many restaurants.

Contrary to other reviews, we had no problems with mosquitoes with appropriate repellent. We mistook the noise of the crickets for an alarm! But their noise and the noise of the frogs are charming and natural and they were quiet at bedtime.

Fabulous location close to the night market and great restaurants on Bang Rin. Recommend Sim Boon Restaurant, Korean BBQ and the Chinese restaurant. Super comfortable bed and lovely facilities. Breakfast was good with choice of western or Thai. The lovely coffee shop on the premises did delicious iced coffee and their signature guava smoothie. Wonderful staff who were so helpful organizing bike hire, transport & ferries to Surin Islands and Koh Phayam. This is a great place to base yourself for trips to and from Ranong. Special thanks to Kit on the front desk for all her help.

We enjoyed it all!!

The breakfast there was great!! The first morning we ordered from a menu but there was also beverages, salad and fruit in addition to what was on the menu. The second morning was buffet style and nice choices. Staff remembered from day before I was vegetarian and went out of their way to offer something else!! The young lady at the front desk named Bell was so friendly and helpful. She has even learned some good English so she can communicate and help. Big gold star for Bell!!!

We stayed 2 nights, day 1 the breakfast was a la carte but the staff got it all wrong even though 2 in our party of 4 speak Thai. The coffee was good using a domestic machine that grinds the beans. Lack of maintenance though, we were the only guests and it ran out of water, beans and needed the waste beans removed. 2nd day breakfast was buffet, fried eggs were cold and a poor selection in general. There are lots of steps to the rooms, not well described on the internet.

The open view between reception and swimming pool may be improved with a natural gardening separation, such as a medium hight green bush hedge.

The 1st impression, which is always an important issue, was very appealing as the receptionist being most welcoming. The property is well kept and maintained. The garden nicely groomed and the Deluxe room with its sitting space is very comfy with bedroom and bathroom layout well designed. Employees at the coffee shop and restaurant are very friendly and the food very tasty.
