The view from our room was really not great, not that we expected and ocean view but...

We had a standard room, not on the street side and it was really quiet. The beach there is quite nice even if not really good for snorkeling.The breakfast was good.

Our room was basic, but it's cheap. Nice balcony. There is a bakery where they bake glutenfree bread. So it's a pitty that they don't serve it with the breakfast if you cannot eat wheat or gluten.

The owner, her family and the staff are very friendly and out there to help you. It's next to the beach. You can lay down and enjoy the view. Garden is nice

Breakfast had rotten tomato, dirty omelette just disgusting. Beach is very rocky and not good for swimming at this end. Air con didn’t work. I thought the lady owner was rude on my arrival, she also organized a damaged and beat up scooter for me overpriced and I didn’t use it. I moved to Sayang just down the road which was just fantastic and for the same price.. this place is old and worn out. I visited the restaurant just once, terrible! The little pool and garden was nice. The cleaning ladies were lovely and seemed timid around the lady owner! Hmmm!

I love everything.

I love everything there: 1. The staff and owners- so friendly 2. Professional, wonderful daily cleaning 3. Beautiful rooms with working TV, fridge, luxurious bed linen and super comfortable. I am in heaven! 4. Amazing location on the beach 5. Clean swimming pool 6. Breakfast 7. Near 7/11 for snack for my daughter 8. Seagul restaurant on the road nearby had my favourite vegetarian food 9. Can rent scooter (moped) at a very good price 10. I have to mention the family again-beautiful people 11. It's just gorgeous. My favourite place ever!

We checked into the property and were immediately underwhelmed. It is not anything at all like the pictures. Of course there is a pool, but in our 2 day stay there we did not use it once due to the state of it. We were in our room a total of 2 hours before having to ask to move as we found bugs crawling in the bed and mosquitos visibly flying around. The staff helped us in moving to the room next door. No visible bugs this time but a total of 4 additional bites by the time we had checked out. We booked this stay for Valentine’s Day for a relaxing get away within our travels. We could not sleep due to how thin the walls were and there were constant barking and mopeds all night. There were geckos in our room that would cry out every half an hour as well. We thought for the price we were paying we would be getting a half decent stay but were not happy with the facilities or cleanliness. Not worth the money

Excellent hotel located on Klong dao beach. Very helpful and smiling staff. Clean room with all amenities. The restaurant and the bar of the hotel were the best in the region. We had a sea view room , faced directly the beach and we could see the sunsets from our balcony.

the boss lady L was super accommodating from the minute I arrived. I asked for a taxi to the pier and she gave me a lift in her personal car and organised a taxi on the other side for me to get to phuket in Richard’s luxury minivan! breakfast was good, and included in my room price. location on the beach is also very nice!

The internet was very poor and hard to access..we ended up having to hotspot through our phones.

The check-in was a good experience, Ele was very friendly and helpful with our requests, made us feel welcome. Every morning we were greeted with a huge smile by Ele, Mama and all the workers. The breakfast was simple but very good with choice of eggs, bacon or sausages, fruits, cereal, yogurt, toasts & juice. The highlight of the breakfast was being greeted by Debra who was friendly and full of information to visit the island. The location was excellent, beautiful beach, restaurant served delicious meals, the rooms were outdated but clean. Room 204 had a beautiful view.

The rooms themselves are basic and a bit outdated. We had trouble paying as the card machine wasn’t working and we didn’t have enough cash to pay as we were saving the cash for the rest of the trip. This was sorted eventually though. Lots of dogs around (which I personally didn’t like!)

The location was fantastic right next to the beach and the staff were friendly and helpful.
