This time I didn’t feel the warm welcome I usually get from the reception team. I was a bit disappointed as I have been there so many times. Making me fill a form with my name, address, … I would expect you to have it from my booking or from my many other times I stayed. You could just print it and verify if the data is correct

Five minutes walk from BTS, MRT Station, Terminal 21 shopping center and the famous Soi Cowboy. Breakfast is very good, having Asian and Western food. Coffee is excellent as well. Our room was big and comfortable with a nice view to the city, maybe a little bit worn out.

This hotel is very convinence to everywhere 5 mins to the BTs asok mrt sukhumvit is easy to go anywhere even to n fro Suvarnabhumi airport i like this area shopping mall street food nearby shops also nearby moneychanger overrall is good i will give 9.5/10 the staff is helpful &the breakfast is good they change everyday the food i love it

Bathroom shower door can't be close properly so it gets wet outside the area of shower. Nothing much.

Location was good as close to asok bts and Terminal 21. Hardly 10mins walk. Room was fine thou furniture are outdated. Lift is old.. Breakfast was average but then u get everything that u need for breakfast. Staff were friendly. I defintely won't rate it 4 star, maybe 3 or 3.5 star.

It might seem like a small thing, but I would likely stay elsewhere because of it. The hotel is on a one way street heading north and leads to the loooong traffic light at Sukhumvit which creates a massive backup down the street. This means that once you get in a cab you can easily spend 10-15 minutes just getting to and through the one light. But it also means Grabs can take 15-20 minutes to reach you because they're in the traffic backed up by the light just getting to the hotel entrance. I had to travel with equipment and so needed taxis every time. Over the course of my one week stay I might have spent 4-5 hours total in this situation, which would have been enough to have done a whole extra activity on the trip. If you can go by MRT or Skytrain then forget all of this. The hotel is easily walk-able to both. You can even call your Grab to the other side of the road and walk to it!

Excellent, large, functional, quiet room. Breakfast was insanely good, super value, honestly. Pool on the roof was a nice bonus. Location is great for going by foot (see below). 7/11 across the street (use footbridge) and large malls on the corner with Sukhumvit (5 mins walk). ATMs everywhere, Superich in the Skytrain station for exchange. This has to be one of the better value for money places in Bangkok, and I have stayed in several over the years.

Not a lot really. I mentioned that it is not 5 star luxurious, I suppose this presents itself mostly in the quality and quantity of towels, pillows and free water. Shower was generally ok but sometimes a bit slow. I could possibly assume that it would also apply to breakfast (it usually does) but that would be unfair as I did not try it. Also didn't try the rooftop pool (should have). I had a look, it was again ok but not vast and very quiet.

Staff were great. Having stayed at the best 5 star hotels in BKK before, this is far from these, but it is ok and good value for money. Good location, just around the corner from Asoke. Rooms were comfy, clean and ok but not luxurious. Stayed in the corner room , which looks a lot grander in the pics. Didn't try the food - I tend to get out and try different stuff and am not really a breakfast person. Lots of restaurants, bars etc nearby, nearest 7/11 short walk across the road. Good, convenient and comfortable place to stay if you don't want to pay top 5 star rates, which are now pretty high in BKK.

We liked a lot about this hotel, the pool was great on the rooftop, and our room had a great view of the city as we were on the 14th floor. The room was great and clean and a fantastic size. We'd recommend for people to stay here. It was also close to Soi Cowboy and Soi Sukhimvit 11 which had good clubs and bars. Great nightlift and a comfortable hotel

The fixtures like the shower was a bit old but still functional.

The location was very good, near the Asok BTS and the MRT so going to the airport was not an issue. The room was a good size and had a huge double bed which made it very comfortable. It is also near Terminal 21 and close enough to the new Emsphere mall.
