We arrived after check in time hot and tired but room wasn’t ready and were told we needed to wait for an hour. No apology. We asked for another room and eventually given a twin. Difficult to find water outside the room. Breakfast adequate but not exceptional. Cannot access beach directly.

My neighbours upstairs were very restless. Every night, i would hear them dragging furniture and running in the room. One annoying thing was every time you walk out and come back, you have to re login to the Internet. The rest was great.

The location is 10 out of 10. It is in the heart of the city, 6 or 7 min walk to Ao Nag beach, all the restaurants, massage places,shops and everything you want. Yet once you enter the hotel, it's quiet and peaceful. The staff is very nice and helpful.

We arrived 2 hours earlier, but we couldn’t check in earlier. Waited on the reception are, and there was no air condition. It was open air area and we almost passed out from the heat

There are no toothpaste/brushes in the room, but you can get those at reception upon request. The beach is a bit far.

We stayed in the villa facing the pond and mountains and enjoyed the amazing view. The room is spacious, and the beds are super comfy. Rates included breakfast and afternoon tea/snacks. It is a great location - you go out, and there are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, and massage salons. There are 3 swimming pools and there were always enough sunbeds and towels for all guests. The hotel allowed us an early check-in and helped with car booking, which we greatly appreciated.

The rooms seem dated and there was a sewerage smell in the bathroom. Also gap below door meaning mosquitos easily got into the room.

Great location, near to the main part of Ao Nang but quiet enough. Perfect mix. Really lovely resort, three separate pools, beautiful backdrop. Room decent size. Breakfast was fine! Staff really helpful and sweet. A solid 7/10.

There were too few loungers and parasols at the pool and, of course people had blocked them with towels and disappeared. Not really a problem for us as we just used the pool for a swim then back to our cottage nearby.

We had a pool side cottage. It was a great size. Outdoor shower which was great. Breakfast was excellent. The location was good - a five minute walk to the centre, or five minutes out the back way to a quiet track leading to the beach, avoiding the busy main drag.

The breakfast is OK, but would suggest including a little more variety. The AC in the room was too noisy, we tried to switch it off to sleep but it was too hot to do so.

The Peace Laguna is extremely peaceful, we loved just walking around and relaxing. The bungalows are very larger and comfortable, and the out door shower was really nice. The location is perfect and staff are very friendly.

My room had broken air conditioning and weird smell, so I was moved to a bungalow free of charge. That bungalow was very comfortable so I am very happy about it. Beautiful territory and gardens. Helpful staff on reception. Good location, close to food
