    We only stayed one night.

The private villa was amazing! The beach was beautiful and the staff were all eager to help. The diner at the restaurant was absolutely amazing! The locals put on a fire show at the beach bar at night which just added to the trip.

    - When asked about tours, the hotel recommends this guy who has a bar - Let's Sea Bar - and a taxi/tour side business right on the side of the resort (I imagine they rent that property from the resort). DON'T DO IT!! I asked some information about the tours, but didn't feel very welcome. I was reading reviews online about the place and saw so many bad comments that I gave up booking with them. I asked for another option and they told me to check the hotel nearby (Phi Phi Long Beach Resort and Villa). I spoke with a gentle woman who booked for me a private longtail boat for a 4h tour (2.500 baths). - I was looking for a very calm place by the beach and that's exactly what this place is. I just want to warn you in case you are looking for a busy place with lots of restaurants and bars, this is the Center of Ko Phi Phi Don, not Long Beach. To arrive at Long Beach you will need a longtail boat (from 100-300 baths) and depend on having a group of people to share the boat. So if you want to stay until late in the Center, it's possible, but just plan it accordingly. The boat takes 10 minutes from the Center to Long Island.

This place is paradise! I am so glad I decided to pay a little extra and choose this resort in Long Beach. There are a few other options on this beach, but they are not as nice and in the best part of the beach. I was in a room very high on the property (number 424) with an amazing sea view (even though I booked a room with a partial sea view). I could walk down to the beach and restaurant easily 5 min in their beautiful property and see all the amazing trees and animals. The room is simple but the windows have an amazing view. There is a nice balcony. They picked me up from Phi Phi Don center (on the main pier) and provided a free longtail boat from and to the pier for check-in and check-out. The resort is right at the Long Beach, with nice chairs and umbrellas so you can rest all day watching the amazing view of Ko Phi Le island right in front of you. The beach has a nice snorkeling area where you can easily see several fish that stay (especially in the morning) in the stones. It is also just a few meters from the Shark Point (but unless you are a great swimmer I suggest to go on a long tail boat). Breakfast is really good. I also made all the meals in the resort. They have good food and decent prices for Ko Phi Phi Islands. I definitely recommend this place! **For private longtail boat tours! Just ask the hotel nearby (Phi Phi Long Beach Resort and Villa), 2 min walk. I spoke with a gentle woman, Noii, who booked for me a private longtail boat for a 4h tour (2.500 bath). The tour was amazing and I recommend it! I left to Maya Bay to avoid the crowds at 6:30AM and it was perfect. I enjoyed it so much that I booked another two snorkeling tours. I went on the boat Suradech, from Captain Chen. He knows all the great spots for snorkeling! **

Wow the room was just perfect, not too far up the hill so no hikes involved. Cleanliness just exceptional, room cleaned daily as well as complimentary fizzy drinks, orange juice and water! We had a birthday and they made the room up whilst we were out and it was beautiful! Location perfect, private beach, exceptional breakfast, friendly staff. Fire show each night just an added bonus, nice to see a family of brothers putting on a show together! Very talented.

There's not a lot of vegan / vegetarian options We went to the main pier side to eat most of our meals. The restaurants there offer more variety and are cheaper too.

Long beach is beautiful. Very private and lots of fish can be spotted when we snorkel near the beach.

    Nothing

This is the most amazing place I have ever been in my life. We booked a villa with a sea view and it was the most beautiful view I have seen from a hotel room/bungalow. The beach in front of the resort is with soft sand, turquoise water and there aren't many people. You can grab a taxi boat from the beach to reach the center in Phi Phi. It costs 100 baht and after 22 o'clock I think it was 150 baht to return from the center to the hotel. The check in was super professional - there is a taxi boat that waits you in the pier and they bring your luggage to your villa. The room is big and clean with a big comfortable bed. When you go to sleep at night you can hear the sounds from different animals in the jungle and the waves from the sea. It literally makes you feel like you play some youtube video.

Beautifully located resort. The Long Beach is so pristine and great for snorkelling. Wooden villas were very atmospheric, room cleaned every day, staff were very friendly and helpful. You can get to the Tonsai Pier and Phi Phi town by long-tail taxi boat(100TBH pp day, 150TBH pp night). You’re also get picked up/ dropped off by the hotel staff upon check-in/out. A few nice restaurants/ massage places located within 5-10mins by foot. It was hard to leave.

The associate who organized the tours was unpleasant. I would have liked to think it was due to a language difference but it wasn’t. She seemed annoyed that she was in a customer facing position. When we asked to book an island tour she initially said she didn’t know if it was feasible because she didn’t know how many boar operators she’d have. Eventually she allowed us to make a booking. When we asked to rent snorkel, mask and life jacket to visit the shark point she was very challenging to deal with.

Loved the view from the room and the breakfast was great.

Abit of sewage smell in the toilet in my room, but not in my friends' room. Resort could perhaps provide free life jackets to their guests.

The room was spacious. The beach in front was amazing and we could snorkel and see fishes right at the beach. Got the seaview room and it was really overlooking the sea. Breakfast had a good spread as well. The resort kindly provided towels and beach towels which was nice.

the beach chairs could have an upgrade. Make them of wood or bamboo instead of plastic, will make huge difference with respect to feeling of luxury (minor detail tough..).
