We loved our beachfront bungalow. It was just steps from the white sandy beach. Very relaxed here and good view from the restaurant. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the restaurant. We were slightly disappointed with breakfast however I think there may have been a miscommunication about what we wanted. Overall very happy here. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely come back again.

The air conditioning in our room looked old and didn’t really work very well at all. We also felt perhaps there could be more done about mosquitos such as incense etc. the outdoor toilet and bad air con meant we weren’t 100% comfortable, but for the price and the beach it is worth a stay!

It was really magical staying at this resort purely for the beach it is set on- waking up for the sunrise and spending time on the beach on our own before the crowds came was the highlight of our trip to Samui. The resort itself is beautiful with lovely green grounds and style. The rooms were a little tired but for the price they did the job. The outside shower/toilet was novel but we did feel changed the dynamic a little as you have to be conscious of mosquitos and other insects when using (we tried to avoid dusk and dawn showers). The included breakfast was simple, but paid food at the restaurant was really tasty and well priced.

Beach gets really busy 10am onwards so grab your beach place early! Restaurant closes at 9pm which was a shame as would have liked to have stayed for more sundowners 🤣😂

Absolutely loved our stay at promtsuk buri. Everything was perfect. They have everything you need. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food at the beach front restaurant was amazing we ate here 3 times during our 6 night stay.

Everything was perfect🤩

Amasing location right next to the beach, with lovely bungalows, comfortable beds, very cosy bathroom which is outside the bungalow but attached to it and where you can see the sky and palm trees while having a shower. Breakfast was delicious, with seeview, which was one of our preferences. The Christal bay is one of the best beaches in Samui, with christal clear water. We loved Promtsuk Buri so much that we asked for 2 more nights to reserve, unfortunately it was fully booked already. You should book it on time!

Everything was perfect.

The garden itself was a miracle. I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life. The sand was snow white, the water was crystal clear. The bathroom was open-air which was amazing. The bungalow was just perfect. There was even a bowl prepered for us to wash our feet before entering into the bungalow🙂

Food choices were okay, but nothing special. No lactose free, ect. Sometimes waiters were lazy.

We booked this property because we like small boutique hotels, the location by the beach and we were looking for peace and quiet. Hotel grounds beautifully kept with lovely gardens and lush green all around and birds singing in the morning (watch out for the mozzies though!) We slept fairly comfortably although some may find the bed a little hard. Room has adequate facilities and you get a top up of bottled water daily. The TV comes equipped with Netflix too and air con works well. Bathroom/toilet is outside but we didn't mind this. Staff that we encountered were nice enough. Breakfast is ok but very heavy on western options (only 1 Thai dish offered) but we actually enjoy eating Thai dishes so actually went out to find our own street food breakfast. During our stay, some afternoons and evenings you could hear a lot of music and the beach area in front of the hotel was very crowded owing to the fact it's a public beach so anyone could access it and we noticed people were coming through the hotel grounds to get to and from the beach.

The room sizes are a little tight especially with a cot but we managed. The bathroom is partly outdoors but not a big issue. It would have been nice to have a pool but we did enjoy swimming in the sea.

The beach it sits on it beautiful and gets the sunrise. The gardens are luscious and the restaurant has stunning views out to sea and back to the garden. Flowers everywhere and a large hammock makes it feel very idyllic. The beach is great for a morning swim.

Had flip flops stolen from balcony… asked for hard boiled eggs twice and both times watery and the white was runny. Came to breakfast at 9.45 and staff kept reminding me it finished at 10am which I knew. Bar closed at 9.. would have been good if it stayed open until 10

Location right on the beach and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the main Lamai strip but still ok to walk to restaurants and bars if needed. Massages were good too. Seven 11 nearby too

Excellent location between Chang and Lamai if you want to relax in Samui with clean and private beach. Lamai and Chang beach are very crowded and expensive to stay, and both side you can easily reach with rental bike.

The bungalow was clean and spacious. We had an outside shower, which was very special! There are beachfront massages which are great.Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean and big. Food is very good at the restaurant

There was trash (for example, plastic bags and bottles) on the beach but unfortunately this was the situation at most of the beaches we visited on Koh Samui. Not sure this has something to do with the hotel at all.

The hotel itself can be considered one of the attractions of Koh Samui. The feeling was that we were living in a botanical garden at the sea coast. The staff was very polite and responsive. The rooms were exceptionally clean, each one had its own bathroom and a porch with an amazing view.

The rooms are slightly rundown and need some renovation. It didn’t bother me, but it’s not reflected on the price. I expected a bit better.

Sea view upgrade, and proximity to the beach were great. Very nice beach, and cozy resort. Breakfast is ok, with several choices, and possibility to order something more if still hungry. Nice spacious room with AC and safe. Clean and comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff, from reception, to the restaurant.
