Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A little too much Indian stye, not so international, if you don’t like Indian food don’t take this Hotel.
Very nice Hotel, staff er excellent and helpful. Room is large.

Not far from everything we need. Free shuttle to terminal 21. Spacious rooms, great rooftop bar. Breakfast has a very good selection.

Maybe how long it takes to check in and out, when you are leaving in a rush to go to the airport having to wait for the room to be checked is annoying but something that it is done in Thailand

Breakfast was average.
Really friendly staff. Hotel upgraded all our rooms for the night. Hotel staff knows what they are doing and are happy to accommodate guest's requests.

So close to the main Sukhumvit area. Beyond bread right across the hotel is a fab bakery. Some lovely Indian restaurants on walking distance. Good breakfast spread. Kwan at the travel desk was very helpful in organising the safari trip for us and also gave lots of tips and recommendations.

The staff was very friendly, The room was clean and comfortable, got birthday small gesture gift which was sweet, location was perfect near places to visit and restaurants, free shuttle drop off was great. Area very safe and their new rooftop bar was beautiful.

It had a strange smell to it, the hotel needs upkeep and renovation and they over charged for in room condiments . There are other good options for stay in Bangkok
The staff is so friendly. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good. I had an overall pleasant stay.

A 10min walk to the metro or skytrain, you could use their tuktuk the drives you to the station though, we discovered it on our last day.
Very clean, comfortable, staff are friendly,711 is near the hotel, main road is also a 5 min walk and mall terminal 21 is a 10 min walk

There were some minor problems with the room like a broken shower handle and whiney noise coining form the aiconditioning vents and the toilet wasnt cleaned properly. None of wich really put a dampener on our mood tho. They offered to move us to another room but we had so much logage and had already upacked everything and been trying to sort through all our stiff (this was the last stop of a 5 weeks travelling) so we just decide to let it be. Just inspect everything before you unpack and they'l give you a different room if there is any issued the service staff are really good.
Really like the service. The room wasnt cleaned properly and has a noisy air conditionaer but the room itself it really big and spaceouse. Way bigger than other hotels rooms asolutly love having al that space. The staff even left suprize presents for us for honeymoon and my wifes birthay when that came around. They gave us a fee late checkout for free wich was great and they even brougt a weight scale up for us to weight our bags before we left for our flight. We have stayed here before and the breakfast last time was excellent but we didnt bother with breakfast this time as we were staying up late getting room service instead :P

TV was big but not 'smart'. I would have liked to be able to use Netflix while there.
the room was quite luxurious for the price. Large floor space with all mod cons. Shower was hot, TV was big and the bed was really comfortable.

Pool area tired looking. The kitchen in room no cutlery was supplied. Room a little tired. Window in room 805 screwed close but had a gap so lot of road noise as couldn't shut.
