United KingdomThe property should say that we need to take a boat to go to the hotel .. after 6.30 pm there is no speed boat so you need to take a private boat. We arrived in the dark and was quiet unclear from the airport !
Everything was nice, the staff was so kind and helpful. We saw monkeys and the pool is right next to the beach ! Good breakfast as well !

RussiaThe area around the pool is very small for that quantity of people that come. The constant noise and smell because of the boats that come to this side too. (not about the hotel, but gives a negative notes). Sometimes the boats go back and forth through the swimming zone and that looks dangerous. As long as we love swimming and enjoying the water, that fact made us disturb if they see us to avoid accident... The air conditioner in the room was very powerful even at 'low' mode, and right above the bed, which is not healthy. I think it must have been installed above the door to avoid straight freezing air. Overall the room is perfect.
Transfer is very unusually organized. They have a private parking (we came by car) and they provided a boat to Railay Beach (8 ppl in total). The room is very big with unique furniture and a great balcony. Minibar was free, which was so nice! The personnel is very friendly and ready to help anytime everywhere. The territory is very lush and nicely done. The pool is pretty small, but with epic views all around. The restaurant is within a step from the beach and the dinner menu is pretty impressive, the dishes are beautifully decorated with local flowers and not too pricy. Cocktails are very simple though.

I can handle the odd cracked tile here and there and I don't generally write reviews, but my room wasn't awesome for the money I'm afraid.

United KingdomThe bathroom was slippery when wet, and looked a bit tired. It had a gully designed to take water out but I kept missing my footing and nearly fell over. Once I got used to it, it was fine.
The location is excellent, with access to both East and West beaches. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great too.

Too small the all area so the pool is too small considering the number of rooms and the few beach beds are literary attached to each other and it's a daily fight for who gets them. Definitely not the kind of service expected especially considering the sea was off limits for the amount of jellyfish present
