This lovely resort is in a perfect location on Railay Bay which is stunning! The room was spacious, very comfortable & the complimentary minibar everyday is a bonus. Also the staff were very courteous & friendly. Highly recommended! 😁

Location is actually spreading between railway east and West. It is advertised on West The air con is struggling to maintain temperature on upper floor,lack of insulation in the roof

AC didn't work properly all the staying and no fixing though staff has checked many times.

Best location of the beach with great pool. Worth visiting Railay staying in this place. Good breakfast.

The property should say that we need to take a boat to go to the hotel .. after 6.30 pm there is no speed boat so you need to take a private boat. We arrived in the dark and was quiet unclear from the airport !

Everything was nice, the staff was so kind and helpful. We saw monkeys and the pool is right next to the beach ! Good breakfast as well !

The area around the pool is very small for that quantity of people that come. The constant noise and smell because of the boats that come to this side too. (not about the hotel, but gives a negative notes). Sometimes the boats go back and forth through the swimming zone and that looks dangerous. As long as we love swimming and enjoying the water, that fact made us disturb if they see us to avoid accident... The air conditioner in the room was very powerful even at 'low' mode, and right above the bed, which is not healthy. I think it must have been installed above the door to avoid straight freezing air. Overall the room is perfect.

Transfer is very unusually organized. They have a private parking (we came by car) and they provided a boat to Railay Beach (8 ppl in total). The room is very big with unique furniture and a great balcony. Minibar was free, which was so nice! The personnel is very friendly and ready to help anytime everywhere. The territory is very lush and nicely done. The pool is pretty small, but with epic views all around. The restaurant is within a step from the beach and the dinner menu is pretty impressive, the dishes are beautifully decorated with local flowers and not too pricy. Cocktails are very simple though.

We love everything about Railay This resort has it all 😀2 pools beach at front and the back e Terence takes you out to a path that leads to Paradise beach Breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant and bar are spot on There are monkeys morning and afternoon that run across the roofs and around the resort Never had any issues they didn’t bother us Just very cute

The resort is getting pretty tired unfortunately. I stayed in a basic room so maybe the more expensive ones are nicer, but it really needed to be refurbished. I can handle the odd cracked tile here and there and I don't generally write reviews, but my room wasn't awesome for the money I'm afraid.

Room isn’t exactly what you pay for . We paid 500$ Aud for 2 nights. Spa bath was not as it looks in the photos. Monkeys waking you up at 7 am lol

No water areas to rinse feet when you exit the beach so by morning the pool was full of sand and didn’t feel clean

The bathroom was slippery when wet, and looked a bit tired. It had a gully designed to take water out but I kept missing my footing and nearly fell over. Once I got used to it, it was fine.

The location is excellent, with access to both East and West beaches. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was great too.

Loved everything

It was very clean , the bungalow was located among trees and greenery. It sported a jacuzzi, beach beds and chairs. It was very pleasant. The room itself had a king bed, sofa, and an en-suite bathroom.

The location is great, the beach & swimming pool, but… I upgraded my room to Villa pool on the spot, with big additional change, as other rooms are very old and badly maintained. Only the Villa is renovated. Food was very medium

Huge comfy bed, the size of the room was good, the aircon was efficient, it was quiet overnight, the breakfast was OK with enough choice (similar to many other buffet breakfasts in Thailand). The location was good, Railay Bay is a great spot to holiday. We would go back here again.

The main pool and beach beds. Too small the all area so the pool is too small considering the number of rooms and the few beach beds are literary attached to each other and it's a daily fight for who gets them. Definitely not the kind of service expected especially considering the sea was off limits for the amount of jellyfish present

the villa was really pleasant with the little pool and outside shower. We ended up staying there more that in the main one
