It's in need of some TLC - the pool.tiles, the gym is awful, decking by the pool is rotting, the mezzanine in our duplex was extremely noisy and creaky, curtains in the room let in light. I've stayed here before (6 years prior) and it has been let go a bit since then. Shame. Just needs up keep!

Friendly knowledgeable helpful reception staff, breakfast variety, location, swim up bar with two happy hours (2hrs long), pool size, bedroom size, and professional and efficient cleaning staff. Plus - the look of the place- the decor.

The pillows were too high. They had no soft and flatter pillows. It’s a far walk to the better beach where Centara is located but it is walkable and doable. Lobby area is small and cramped.

Great pool area, helpful staff and spacious, clean rooms. Easy access to massage places, restaurants, pharmacy, 7 Eleven, etc all along the road. I love all the eco items in the room and they provide distilled water in the reusable glass bottles. Breakfast was okay. It’s about 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest beach for the longtail boats and lots of restaurants and cafes all along the beach area.

Breakfast, the butter melted and jam was left open for the flys (maybe put it in a basket?) maybe try and get a few more sunbeds around pool. And drinks expensive for a hotel. It’s ok for a 4 star.

- Beds are not too comfortable, i had some trouble sleeping. - Our room location next to the reception, so it was loud early in the morning. - Power outages that for some reason only affected rooms, not the entire hotel or other hotels around. - Facilities are worn down in many areas, it needs renovations

- Location is very good, close to everything yet not in the middle of all activity. - The hotel itself is nice and there are not major flaws. - The breakfast provided is good - The staff was friendly and nice, not amazing, but good.

A few inconveniences: Our room wasn’t ready at check-in time. Breakfast starts at 7 am yet on the first morning they weren’t fully ready for another 10-15 min. Massage pricing was higher at reception vs the website and a sign in the lift, but staff wouldn’t honour the lower price.

Large room with comfortable bed and big balcony. Robes and slippers provided. Excellent breakfast, large pool, good location.

The mattress is very hard, couldn't sleep properly in that bed. But this was the only downside, everything else was perfect.

The pool area is amazing! Especially if you take a pool access room, definitely recommend it.

Our balcony faced the back of the building so the view was not very nice. So if you can, choose a pool-facing room. You could notice the general wear and tear of the place, but I think still good value for money.

The swimming pool is lush!!! We’re usually beach people, but Krabi was the hottest place we visited in Thailand so having a swimming pool was perfect! Good buffet breakfast, friendly staff, pool table and happy hour were a bonus too! Oh and huge comfy bed!

This would have been a lovely hotel in it's day, but I am afraid it is in urgent need of maintenance and repair. There are many Health and Safety issues that need addressing, particularly in and around the pool area.

Too dark in the rooms! I wanted to work on Computer, but could not see the letters on the keyboard. But the hotel borrowed me a lamp and I could see again. Thanks to the reception. To dim light bulbs also in the next room. Not enough sunbeds by the pool.

In such climate region not really need to serve butter for breakfast as it melts very fast. Or at least put the butter cups in ice bath to keep them cold. The wooden bed frame - takes too much space and tends to hurt the legs against it.

Just when we arrived we were given a room next to reception and the music from the bar could be heard clearly so we asked to move and luckily were. Under the bed had not been cleaned but I advised reception and they came and Cleaned this

There was construction going on to the main lobby during our stay.

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. We liked the location most and we were also upgraded to a better room which made the experience amazing as we stayed 4 nights. It was really comfortable and clean and had all the essentials we needed. Room was cleaned every day and breakfast is ok too (not the best but very manageable).

On booking.com it does not advertise hotel is having huge renovations. Only one person spoke English so communication very difficult. Breakfast foods were not all marked ‘vegetarian’ or ‘non vegetarian’ and as vegetarians and w/o English speaking, this made it very difficult.

The hotel is great design. Pool is fabulous. Rooms are wonderful.

We loved this hotel, however we were not informed about the renovations. I booked 8 months ago, an email from the hotel would not have gone astray to let us know the hotel was under renovations. Not noise was excruciating and constant from morning to 5pm each day except on a Sunday. Having a pool entry room was right next to all the noise, this was a massive no no during our stay. If we had know earlier and given notice, we would have booked another hotel. They did offer us another nearby hotel to stay at, but we felt a move mid break was a painful disruption. Added to the above, my husband picked up COVID. so having the pool access room with day bed on it was conducive for me to spend my time away from him while he slept it away. The breakfast was average, same everyday which did get boring staying for 6 nights. The breakfast area albeit was under renovation, the makeshift breakfast area was hot and cooled with fans only.

The location was the best, just away from the hustle and bustle of AO Nang Street. Had many great restaurants, Bars and a good, big 7-11 nearby for water and snacks. Loved the pool area, pool drink where great, happy our was great, however, bar staff english was not great and was hard to tailor a cocktail to our liking. Drink prices were great, pool snack menu was not flash, small portions. We ended up eating lunch out each day. Lot's of great places to get massages around the hotel. We plan to go back and will stay here again when the renovations are finished.
