There was no mirror in the main room, only the mirror over the sink.

Location was great! Staff is incredibly friendly. The pool was very refreshing. There was plenty of space. Laundry service is next day; our clothes were so soft and smelled good.

Poor breakfast which we fortunately did not book. The owner who is a bit of a frustrated foreigner in Thailand. Fortunately we saw him only the first day.

Location was great - walking distance to multiple temples and markets. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with strong AC. Front desk staff very friendly and gave us multiple recommendations.

The lightings in the room is somewhat dimmed at night.

Room and toilet are spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool. Despite being a small hotel, it provides everything you need for a short stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, bars, convenience stores within walking distance. The staff were nice and helpful.

Everything was just to the point, the place ideal for relaxing time in the heart of Chiang Mai.

Perfectly locaed, small and cosy hotel with the magnificent swimming pool facing one of the local wat copules. Rooms were pieces of art, very modern, cool and quiet. Comfortable bed, small balcony and a bathroom with two windows made it just perfect for short stay. As the hotel is rather small, there was no breakfast buffet, it was served fresh and tasty, enough for the start of the day. Water in swimming pool refreshing and clean.

Everything was great except I wish there were screen doors so that we could still open the doors but not worrying about getting the mosquitoes in.

The staff were super friendly and helpful anytime with their big smile. The place offer espresso, water and some snacks all day long, very generous. The room was spacious and clean. Nice cold water swimming pool is a big bonus. The location is superb.

The location is great, next to and opposite lovely temples, easy walking to food outlets and bars. Service was excellent, the hotel was clean and functional with beautiful attention to detail. And the garden and swimming pool were charming, well maintained and again, with lovely small details which made the place quite special.

USB plugs bedside would be helpful. Mattress was very firm but comfortable.

Really quiet, private and clean - a haven to retreat to in Chiang Mai. We loved it. Such a lovely pool to dip in at the end (or beginning) of a long day.

A bit old-ish rooms, monstrous old aircon which is pretty loud.

Great location in the old town. Very quiet. Nice cold swimming pool in the center of the yard. Great breakfast and really really friendly and helpful staff. Two types of pillows, a hard and a soft one :).

The best location in Chiang Mai, within walking distance to everything but off the main streets so it was still quiet to sleep at night even when the night markets were on. The room was beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed and daily housekeeping. The staff were so kind and helpful with booking anything we needed - taxis, activities etc. The pool is FANTASTIC, great view of the temple from the pool, great temperature and very relaxing.

The pool doesn’t get much sunshine so the water is a bit cold. The shower pressure was a tad weak and the water was warm rather than hot.

The staff were the best aspect. Friendly, polite, helpful - very focused on ensuring that guests had a great experience. We loved the Thai charm of the hotel mixed with the modern chic boutique feel. The hotel is perfectly located to be near everything. Can’t beat it!
