To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Kuwaitthe location is bad. Infront of street full of bars. also, the entrance of hotel closed at night( around 7 pm). and majority of taxis coming from same entrance and found it closed and then we have to go around the street to get to other entrance which delay us and cost more.

IndonesiaThe surrounding area for sure. This apartment is located in sukhumvit area and strategically placed between 2 BTS station. However, it didn’t mentioned in the ad that the backside of the apartment is street full with bars and nightclubs. At nights, the sound from the back street was very annoying. The windows were not soundproofed so for those of you who could only sleep in silent or minimum sound, this will be a trouble. I would not recommend this apartment for a family with young children.
The size, the completeness of the furniture, the hospitality of the staff. The room is very spacious for a 2BR apartment. The furnitures and equipments are also updated All are clean. The staffs are polite and could speak english well. Strategic location, between 2 BTS station.

Thailandwe were accused of breaking a glass when we were checking out and the hotel tried to charge us 100 Baht, when we disputed this as we knew we hadn’t broken anything they found out it hadn’t been broken and didn’t charge us the 100 baht. in my opinion it could have been the hotel staff trying to get another 100Baht before we left. for this reason we will never stay there again.
it was a large and clean apartment. small swimming pool on the roof which was completely empty both times we used it , which was very good for my kids.
