amazing looking hotel, huge rooms that are well equipped, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent position in Chiang Mai town and Near Airport. We loved our stay here, and will stay again next time we return.

Staff service: great! Very big room, Lanna style , Huge Bathtub, Big Smart TV, Comfortable to go everywhere. Where we wanted to go, the staff called a taxi for us and waited only 5 minutes. I initially booked for 1 night, after I stayed I decided to stay for 4 more nights.

Jacuzzi is so dirty. all the chairs in the swimming pool are dirty. Staff are not good at English. Quite far from the city center.

it’s the most gorgeous hotel and room, so spacious and the jacuzzi is such a nice ending to your day, breakfast is okay but most things are served cold but lots to choose from and fresh fruit, the hotel isn’t far from all the night markets, must go to the patpong night market! kindly the receptionist offered to take us to the nearest atm instead of walking! such nice people and so kind, will most certainly be back in Chang mai there is a small restaurant next to the 7/11 their pad Thai is amazing for only 50 baht

facilities are old. see pictures. photo 3 is the wash basin. hot water is barely hot. house keeping did not do a good job cleaning up. there was a used cotton bud left in our room for 2 days , left behind by the previous tenants. the hotel is far from restaurants and shops. need to take grab taxi each time to go for meals etc. I don’t think there’s a restaurant in the hotel. the breakfast is very simple.

Okay, its not like the pictures, in reality the jacuzzi is in bad shape, old missing jet covers, others rusted, paint chipped, mold on the outside walls, cracked colored glass along top of outside balcony, sit on the floor for eating food, nothing nearby, toilet has water bottle inside to keep float up with custom fix found when toilet wouldn't flush. Tried to cancel and refund as soon as we walked in and saw everything, they refused, expensive stay, maybe once luxury but everything in poor condition now, evwrything maybe 10 years old. Don't book here.

Don’t go there - way too expensive for what it is. The hotel is not being maintained properly. No personnel is there. Reception is empty. Rooms are dark and dirty. The spa bathtub is dirty and doesn’t work!!! This hotel is a trap.

Room needs repair shower area, and air-conditioning set to one temperature and not cool enough.

The entire hotel is very poorly maintained, pool and our room was not clean and we had to deal with an extremely rude hotel manager. Can highly recommend Nampiangdin Boutique Hotel around the corner instead - very friendly manager and clean rooms.
