Not much at all - only thing would be location, it’s about a 10-15 min walk to closest restaurant and limited options in terms of what we could eat nearby. However, very easy to get a bolt/grab to Phuket town or Rawei.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The view was stunning our stay was so relaxing. All the other guests were friendly, it was a really nice atmosphere. The room was also super nice.

Hotel is located right by the mangrove beach in a secluded area. Beautiful and peaceful with a lovely pool open until 10pm each night. Nice cafe and restaurant right next to the beach which provides a wonderful vantage point to watch the sunset over the Big Buddha on the far side of the bay. Access to free paddle boarding and kayaking when the tide is in.

The front desk could've been more friendly. The rest of the staff were very courteous. It doesn't have a gym, which is too bad.

Very comfortable. We had a seaview villa with a kitchenette and a bathtub on the balcony. It was very clean and relaxing. The rooms look exactly like the photos! This is our favourite hotel of the trip. Love the restaurant and the kids' playground. The mangroves and beach at night is very beautiful. Yes the location is far away so if you want to part of the action, this is not for you. But if you want relaxing and scenic, this is it. We regret not staying here for more nights!

Location wise, there wasn’t anything around the hotel within walking distance. To get to town it was a 20 minute drive. Breakfast options were very basic. I specifically requested gluten free & vegetarian options for one guest but the only thing available to eat was fruit and eggs. If they had provided some gluten free bread or pastries it would have been better for person in my group.

The hotel itself was beautiful, very picturesque.

The location was not near to town and the private beach had low tide which made us not able to swim. We had to go to other beaches for swim.

The property provides luxury stay with perks of resorts. The hotel provided barbeque option for us free of charge.

Nice location, good facilities, and value for money. Good place to relax and be away from noisy and crowded places. Options for breakfast buffet was excellent. They do organise taxi for you to go to airport or places around.

Partly the hotel seems more like an event/blogger location. There were taking place two events during our stay (two nights). Especially the first one (business or gaming convention) was a little bit disturbing due to the loud music and animation from early evening to midnight. Would have been better to know it in advance to the booking/arrival or get a discount for the day.

Very nice location with super well maintained garden and beautiful plants. The pool was also nice. The staff is friendly, breakfast was always fresh and tasty. There was a Beach Café for snacks and drinks during the day.

the water pressure in the shower is quite low, the air conditioner looks to be very old and does not cool the room down effectively.

beach is not sandy. Elevated rooms are difficult to stay with baby trolly as you need to use long strait to go down to lobby and breakfast restaurant. far from center and taxies getting expensive in Phuket(prices goes up in last years). breakfast with very limited option.

staff were nice and friendly. view was wonderful and very nice landscape. we asked for baby food at the breakfast and they happily provide it. Thanks for all the support.

They didn’t serve coffee or drinks until 10am unless you have full breakfast which is expensive and they could provide more info on the local area as we didn’t know about the town with restaurants and massage until we found it on Google maps

Friendly staff were great and the resort was well kept and clean. Great view and only 5 mins by car to local town. Rooms are big and very comfortable.

The beach is not good for swimming, it’s full of sharp corals and mangrove roots.

We all loved the facilities this resort offered - a nice community pool, a shady beach zone, free kayaks and sup boards, mangrove forest!, beach bar and music in the evening. Rooms were nice too, they are not super new though, and the pillows were not comfy. Overall, we loved our stay there!
