Room was large and clean, but a little tired overall. It was a good hotel for a quick overnight stay and reasonable value.

Please note that the property is a bit far from Patong and other popular tourist spots. On a good day with no traffic, it can take about 20 minutes to reach Patong, but during peak hours, travel time can extend to an hour. While some websites mention a free shuttle to Patong, unfortunately, this service is not available. As a result, you'll need to arrange and pay for a taxi, Grab, or Bolt, which can become costly if you're frequently traveling to Patong or other areas. Alternatively, renting a car is a more economical option, though be aware that riding a motorcycle on busy roads can be risky.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, had fun in the swimming pool and also had a convenient restaurant at the hotel.

You can not get a good coffee anywhere in the morning unless you are buying a full breakfast at the hotel. Also, you need to drive to find anywhere else to get a coffee or to eat.

The rooms provided to us was not as per the pictures shown in the booking.com. The hotel as open corridor and in front of the hotel there is a restaurant kitchen and the garbage bins everywhere and those oder smells into the corridor and inside the rooms. There was water blockage in the shower drain.

The hotel is quite remote so this is more of a + and - If you're looking for a place to relax that has great value for money this place will hit the right spot, but if you're looking for nightlife or beaches then prepare to take a taxi for ~35 minutes

I came with my girlfriend and have requested some decorations, a flower bouquet and a sparking wine and the staff has exceeded my expectations with what we've seen in the room. The place is great, it has quite a huge pool and a restaurant on site, a spa with 1 masseuse and a cannabis shop attached to it. I highly recommend this place, especially for couples

There was a constant smell of cannabis everywhere. Myself, as a European citizen, although I had payed for breakfast, stopped having it at the hotel after the 3rd day - I stayed for one week - since it was the same everyday and only accommodated Asian preferences. The room was not well soundproofed and I, staying on the 6th floor, could hear everything from outside all night long.

The entrance to the actual hotel was a little too into land and the taxi drivers were a bit confused coming to pick us up sometime. The TV in the room didn't have many working chanels

I like how there was a resturaunt attached to the hotel and I can come down and have a different range of food, from authentic Thai food to steak etc. I also liked the view from my balcony, I was able to see the pool and the beautiful stretch of land of the golf course with the beauty of real Thai nature in the background. My of my favourite areas was also the swing out the front. We also had air-conditioning in the room. It was a large room with glass double doors that overlooked a beautiful scenery of nature.
