There wasn’t much there to choose from for breakfast. Needs to have more variety. I had more variety from another hotel which charged just a more than this hotel. I asked the woman at reception for another key for my room and she frowned at me and said no. There should also be hand towels in the bathrooms.

It was good that it was close to the airport and the included shuttle bus to the airport.

Lacked express laundry service. Facilities limited. It would be nice if the hotel had a spa and gym to kill some time :) The staff was a bit rude and uninterested (all three restaurant employees were busy on their phones during breakfast, reception speaks English badly and were not very friendly or helpful). Except for the Indian guy in the restaurant, he was lovely.

Swimming pool is nice. The room was big with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was fine, nothing special and limited choice.

My room did not have black out curtains which would have been a nuisance if I'd needed to sleep during the day - didn't notice they were missing until I'd unpacked so too late to change rooms. Shower clip was broken but otherwise bathroom was good - nice toiletries and spacious.

Very well located for airport, just a short shuttle journey at a very reasonable price. Easy walk to local supermarket for snacks with fridge, kettle and microwave in room. Nice big pool for a good swim before or after a lenghty flight. Reasonably priced cafe onsite. Ideal for a rest pre or post a long flights.

Airconditioning turns off when you leave the room so after a 40degrees all day in city you come to a room that has 36 degrees and the old airconditioning takes a good while to cool the room. Could be much much cleaner, only one towel per person but that can be expected in 3* hotel.

We only used this Hotel as a place to store our bags and take a shower after a long layover in Bangkok, for this purpouse it was very good, but if i imagine staying there for a couple of nights i would have a lot of negative things to say. Shutle to the airport for 160bath for 2 people is good price as on the way to the hotel i took a grab which cost 250bath.

Location wasn’t one for if you were here to see the city and walk out to see the sights (that’s not what we were looking for we did Bangkok at the start of our trip) and the bed was a little on the firm side.

Really close to airport and price included transfer to and from and really good value with breakfast included and great to have a pool for last hours worth of relaxing before we had to leave. It was perfect for us as just had an overnight from landing back in Bangkok before we flew back long haul the next morning. Staff were exceptionally helpful, we were tired and just relaxed and had food and drink in the restaurant which was tasty and not bad value.

Reception staff were NOT friendly. Bathroom door did NOT close, and this was a problem the same as when we stayed last year!

Water at the bathroom floor:( pipe was probably broken cause there was a lot of water, so I had to put the towels. And of course rooms are a bit old and not super clean but for this price and short stay it’s perfect.

I was staying only one night and have chosen this hotel because of the super close distance to the airport. Plus hotel is arranging free transfer to airport.

Fast and convenient transfer from airport, super fast check in after a long flight, huuuge king size comfortable bed. We requested a quiet room and got it. Very nice staff.
