There was a noisy generator close to the room. Rest it was a very happy stay

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We arrived 1hr early and the staff asked us to use a common restroom and keep the luggage at the reception. We could take our lunch and then checked in. The staff was very courteous. The hotel is clean and very close to the beach and markets. A must-stay for medium-budget lovers. It has everything you need within walking distance. The travel kiosk outside the counter was very helpful and we could bargain a deal for Phi Phi island tour. The pool is a bit let down but it's not important as the beach is on a stone's throw distance. We could save much on transportation due to the low proximity to most attractions in patong.

The hotel is right on the strip and there were bands playing until midnight to 1 am both nights we were there so not the best place for people with families if you want to go to bed early. However, if you are there to party until late at night, no issues. The pool was small and not covered so not the best way to get away from the heat. We had many bags but no one helped us get our bags to the room.

Kokotel in Patong was right on the main beach road and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and Bangla Road. The staff was friendly and it was an easy check-in. There was free water dispensers everywhere and the room came with glass containers. We stayed in the family room with two single beds and then two singles in a bunk bed. My 5 year old loved it. The room was very big with two toilets and one shower.

The Room toilet a bit disappointed that is too small. Is better that we can have a small table in the room, so we have a place to put our food.

The location is great, is less than 5min apart from beach. Very convenience place, that you can found massage place, Party place & cafe just a few step away. you can enjoy life band music at your room, because there is so near to the cafe & Pub.

The mattress of the bed was very tough and rather uncomfortable. The bathroom was catastrophic; it was very used and even though it got ,,cleaned” it was not very clean in my opinion. The shower is directly in the middle of the bathroom, there are no shower curtains or anything so even if you’re careful, everything will get wet. The staff is nice but seems very uninterested in their job. For approximately 60€ per night, it is totally overpriced in my opinion - even in Bangkok itself we got a better hotel for less.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights total, while our round trip in thailand. The location of the hotel is excellent, you can reach a more or less quiet part of the beach in a 2 minute walk. To Banglaroad it takes you 5-10 minutes by foot - which is super nice because if you want action it is easy accessible, but if you’re at the hotel it is pretty quiet. In the hotel you’ve got the possibility to refill water bottles, so you don’t have to buy them. We didn’t used this opportunity but I still think it’s a good point. We got a room that was smelly and worn to the end. Only after several requests and an additional fee we get a slightly better room. In principle, it was ok, but only if you just need a nap and go to the beach again :)

Bathroom drainage was blocked. Had to stop shower in the middle to let the water pass. I stayed in Krabi property as well and same issue.

Very good location. Hotel is located in the heart of Patong. Walking distance to everything. Reception and cleaning staffs were very helpful and welcoming. Rooftop pool is not too bad. Not crowded at all.

Room was prety basic and bit outdated. Sand on the floor even after the cleaning. We got room on the 5th floor but the elevator was only going up to 4th floor.

Only criticism was the staff. On check in they were not very friendly or helpful. On check out, we weren't asked how our stay was or if we needed help with our luggage.

We liked loads about the hotel. The cleaning ladies were lovely. Pool was quiet. Room was a very good size. Beds were comfortable. Facilities in room were great. Room was clean.
