There is a beach just in front of the holtel Also they have a swimming pool at the back There is a few shops at the entrance in case you need something Breakfast was lovely there is so many thinks we're you can choose from Staff is so nice and there to help you anytime Lots of restaurants nearby. I honestly don't know why some people are complaining I would definitely come back .

The pool bar, extortionate prices. Menu shows a price and then there is a further 17% added on. We also had to tell the barman about ants in the spirit bottles, he either didn't understand what we were saying or just wasn't bothered. He just poured water over the bottles..... ants could still be seen floating about in the spirits.

Excellent location and lovely staff. Spacious rooms cleaned daily and lovely pool veiw. Plenty of options available for breakfast. Katie, who looks after your taxi and activity bookings is worth a visit. Got us good discounts and was also very nice and friendly.

We had to wait when we arrived for the room to be ready (two hours late). We were promised a cocktail for compensation but only given a mocktail (just one, although two of us were travelling). Breakfast is not great - not enough variety). The hotel was looking a bit tired and needed a bit of updating. I thought it was a bit expensive overall, for what you got.

We loved the beach view. I liked the Pillows and bed, which were comfortable We Liked the location next to the main facilities of town and the beach

Hotel is marketed as if $400+ AUD per night is normal rate, my deal was 65% off at $144 AUD in Feb 2024. There's no way the room would be worth $400+, it's an older property, needs a reno, it's tired & there's no way they could charge a premium for the rooms. Could be described as quirky, or traditional style, but not premium. So yes the marketing was deceptive.

Staff & location were great, pool was fun & swim up bar was a nice touch.

At breakfast there was no cheese and cold cuts on offer. It would be nice to have at least one or two types of cheese or cold cuts to choose from.

Good location, nearby many restaurants, street food, shops, market. Staff are helpful and friendly. The pool is actually good for those staying in the ground floor apartments. They have a direct staircase from their terrace to the pool.

Not enough lifts as had to walk up a flight of stairs after getting out of lift . So not so good if they place you in pool view room on higher floor.

Rooms are very old and dated , the shower had 1 screw holding the shower in place. Beds were very uncomfortable with 1 pillow.Pool didn't look clean. Breakfast wasn't great either exactly the same food everyday. Only choice of eggs was omelette or fried.

Location was great just across the road from the beach and close to bars and restaurants.

The facility looked very outdated. The bed was not comfortable. Both the Thai and western food needs updating as well with more selections to be provided to the guest.
