Great location in Dushanbe. The rooms are very clean and the staff is helpful. Just a short walk to the city center (about 10–15 minutes) or 3 minutes by taxi.

I booked the room with a frech bed also with the city view. But they gave us firstly family room. It was dirty and old inside. Then they changed our room but it was again not with the city view. I didnt want say anthing more.

At around 2 am the AC began making a loud, disturbing noise that made it difficult to sleep. In addition, there is construction across from the building, causing a lot of noise throughout the night. I understand that the property doesn’t have control over the construction, but they definitely need to check the AC and the broken windows that don’t get locked.

Everything was great, especially our suite had all the kitchen facilities. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Bakhtavar was very helpful on the day of arrival. If we travel to Dushanbe again, we will stay at this hotel.

It was not that great value for money

The room was simple and suitable for me to work in I was also in a good location to quickly pick up some food to bring back to the room. The bathroom was very nice. A good shower And the breakfast was also suitable.

We stayed at the hotel from November 12 to 15 and were absolutely delighted! The hotel has an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the main attractions, with public transport, banks, and shops nearby. We had a spacious two-room suite that perfectly matched the description: toothbrushes replaced daily, slippers, robes, a tea set with black and green tea, and bottled water provided. The room was very clean and bright—no complaints at all! Breakfast at the restaurant on the 21st floor was great. The concierge team was exceptional—always ready to help with anything, even matters unrelated to the hotel. They checked us in late at night, waited for us, and assisted with navigating the city. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like the most valued guests. We left the hotel—and Dushanbe as a whole—with the best impressions. If we return, we’ll definitely stay at the Aram Hotel again!

I might say, they are not accepting cards though it shows in booking.com. Also if you pay by dollars they are not accepting less than 2010 series. Cause when I paid it happens that it is 2009 series. Cause when im buying dollars before my trip Im not looking to the series as long as it is true money and it comes from the bank. But unfortunately this hotel has certain rules so its very inconvenient cause you need to go to the bank and change your dollars in new series or exchange to their currency. Other than this it’s a perfect stay. So this is just an advance information to the tourist who will book on this hotel.

Check-in was confusing both times I was there, as the hotel is on the 14th floor of another hotel. The staff seemed confused by any change in plans, even though they were arranged online. In the end, it all worked out fine, though.

The room was very new and comfortable, with plenty of space and a large bathroom. Breakfast was good, as well.

The hotel isn't easy to find, since on the outside of the building another hotel name is listed. Aram hotel in only on certain floors. That made it a bit more difficult to find the place. :)

Really clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast bufffet was really excellent. The location is very good, too. Since the hotel occupies floors 14 and upwards, most of the rooms also offer nice views of the city.

Lot of hairs in our bathroom when we came in. We needed to ask cleaning 3 times and third day they cleaned it. This hotel would be very good if they clean rooms better.

Room and hotel looked new. Room was nice. Helpfull and english speaking stuff. Good Buffet breakfast. You can book privat tours from hotel.
