Northing to dislike

The top floor flat is clean and spacious with a lovely roof terrace. The area is quite with nearby bakery, Aziza and Carrefour supermarket just a couple of minutes away. The host Karym is one of the nicest hosts you'll meet, always helpful. His recommendations for restaurants and places to visit made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

There were no sheets or covers for the blankets. I cannot say that the sheets on the mattress and the pillow covers exactly smelled of freshness, though they did not look dirty.

The apartment is exactly as it appears on photos, equipped with everything you might need, and spacious. The host Karim was very friendly, replied quickly to all questions, checked on us to make sure everything is fine. Wi-fi was very good. The location in Le Kram neighborhood is a bit specific - this is a residential area, so you are definitely not in walking distance to the places of interest, but the bus and train connections to Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and Tunis are good (if not super frequent), making this a good base to explore. Both bus and train station are about 10 minutes from the apartment. There is a supermarket and a bakery a few minutes away. If you have a car, there is plenty room to park. Apartment is on the fourth and last floor, so it has a large terrace where you can enjoy your tea/coffee (provided in the kitchen).

Dogs in the neighborhood barked most of the night but that is common in tunis.

The apartment was in excellent condition. Everything (including the washing machine) worked perfectly. The location is very convenient to get to via the TGM metro line. The host, Karim, was very kind accommodating.

We loved our stay at Karims appartment. It's located in a local neighbourhood on top of a family house, where it has a big roof terrace and some nice views over the roofs of La Goulette. This view we enjoyed very much :-) The appartment is well equipped and really safe. And the best thing was, that Karim was super hospitable, there was great communication and he did everything to make us feel at home :-) It's a short walk to both Carrefour and to the TGM train, that can take you directly to Sidi Bou Said or Tunis.

The location of the property is is very convenient there are a bakery across the yard two supermarkets and a number of cafes. Also the lake 2 area is 5 minutes ride by taxi, Sidi busadi is about ten minutes away by tax and if you are a fan of fish and seafood then don't miss the restaurants in the famous area of Ben Zart Karem recommended a restaurant and we had to go back the next day it was so good
