A/C was not working and sometimes you can smell the kitchen in the ground floor from the fifth floor and that was really disturbing.

Cleanliness. I think that this hotel have a good potential to present better service than it does (just regarding to cleanliness). I didn’t write anything about this point the first time I stayed. But I think some things should be pointed out to be corrected.

The Staff is amazing! This was my second stay here and I like all of the hotel team🫶🏻

There was little problem in the restaurant tv not working to watch news. Kart to open the room ı stay sometime working sometime not working.

As soon as I arrived, the faucet in the bathroom wasn't working properly, there was no hot water in the shower. After I reported the issue, they repaired it. Breakfast was each morning all the same.

The sheets were clean and they change it according to your hanger. Staff was kind and helpful.

No cooled AC in room and even you turn the hot AC you still feel hot, we complain but no body care. No tea or coffee facilities in room,price of tea and coffee at hotel is okay but many times we call to order tea or coffee and they didn't bring. Even when they bring it is not hot. Location is not good if you don't have a car.

The air conditioner is not working in the hot weather and the window didn't open fully. Also, the location of the hotel is not suitable for public transportation.

I would say all the services in the hotel are 7 stars, the staff and the canteen and the cleaner team.

Check-in was delayed. Breakfast was very bad. it seemed like not fresh all four days. Their management was very rude and racist Asians should avoid. The lower staff was good. Food was pathetic, so one of my friend brought me food in the morning, and they did not let him enter the hotel. Even if i went to bring him in, they did not allow it, and the manager went on shouting. i felt so bad that my guest was treated this way. So i had to take him outside the hotel and had food with him. Visitors are allowed all over the world. The location was extremely bad you cant move without taxi as it is hilly, and you won't be able to walk to steep hills. Avoid this place 100%.
