A little noisy from the bar and restaurant downstairs in the evenings but at night was pretty quite.

Great location- across from the beach, near bus stop. Room had all you need even kitchenette. Comfortable beds. Great wifi!

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was amazing. The staff was so friendly and always checking if we needed anything. The rooms were so spacious and clean. Food is beautiful. We will definitely stay again. So glad we decided to stay here.

Andy’s is a lovely hotel, with the best staff, very friendly and caring. the rooms are a good size and very clean with a new comfortable bed. As a solo traveller to come back to the hotel and always be greeted and welcomed by the wonderful staff and owner made me feel like I had a little family in Turkiye.

We came for 4 days in Marmaris and we were pleasantly surprised by the Staff. Indeed they are the kindest people in Marmaris no doubt !! The hotel has a good location , close to everything you need. There is also a restaurant and possibility to watch sport events. I totally recommend this establishment!

Perfect location - close to the bazaar and the old part of the city, and the beach across the street. Next to the building there are numerous shops, including a pharmacy and chain supermarkets.The rooms have a great standard, are spacious and have a fully equipped kitchenette. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff makes you feel at home here.

Had shade facing balcony, but I knew this when I booked. Prefer sun facing but this would be in the road, so noisier. Booking earlier would have given me a sun facing balcony

To be honest there isn't much that is not to like. For what I paid it was excellent value .

Fantastic staff, as always, the owners were ready to help with anything we might need and made us feel at home. Clean and airconditioned rooms. Location is perfect - if you take the street on the left from Andy's to the beach you are at a more pebbly area, whereas if you take the street on the right, it's more sandy. Minibuses to bus station for the airport, or Icmeler/Turunc area pass right in front of the hotel.

Positives Perfect location: 2 mins walk to the beach and seafront promenade with restaurants, 10 min to a large mall and surrounded by small shops. Also a short minibus ride to Marmaris Bus Station where you can get a ride to smaller beach towns of Marmaris. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Ms Meryem was amazing! Spacious and clean room with comfortable double bed and sofa. Air conditioning unit is free and included. (A must have given the climate.) Clean linen and towels regularly changed, you can also ask for new towels downstairs. Again Ms Meryem always very helpful. There is a very basic kitchenette if you wanted to make some tea, although you probably wouldn't cook as you would have to buy all small necessities and condiments like oil, salt, etc. If you still wanted to cook you can probably ask the staff at the reception for proper pan, in case the one in the room isn't at good state. But most likely you'll want the yummy seatown food outside. Negatives We happened to visit at windy/rainy nights and the wooden balcony door kept opening at night! The lock didn't hold properly. No security risk as the balcony isn't really accessible / looks to inner garden shared by other residential blocks but wind blowing in was inconvenient. We ended up pushing the sofa against the balcony door for the night and that solved the problem. They can definitely look to secure those wooden doors to the floor. The hotel should also provide a bunch of laundry pegs on the lines. Because of the wind in the evenings most of our wet towels/swimwear ended up on the balcony floor. Or remember to bring a handful of pegs yourself. The bathroom has toilet paper and liquid handsoap but no toiletries, remember to bring your shampoo & shower gel etc.

The hot/cold water mix in the shower was a little erratic.

The property is located within walking distance from the beach. The room was big and clean. The best is the excellent service by the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. And Andy’s restaurant is excellent. We will definitely stay at Andy’s Apart again.

Loud traffic noise. Host listed incorrect address on booking.com, which after half an hour of hassle ended up being a typographical error not a scam. Twin bed supplied rather than double booked. (Didnt matter to me). No topsheet for bed supplied. Towels mysteriously disapeared from room on second day never to return. Kitchenette missing bowls, utensils and cutlery and might as well not exist. Cleaning is poor. Language barriers make resolution of what should be trivial hospitality non-issues difficult. Basically its a Turkish fawlty towers. Its good enough and safe, but you will be annoyed by many tiny failings and lack of care when staying here.
