They were renovating, but everything was quiet, no noise to bother us during our stay, so it wasn't actually a problem. There was smoke smell in the room.

The apartment was nice, with a bedroom and a living room/kitchen. It was large enough to accommodate the three of us. There was a balcony with chairs and table. Kitchenette was small but basically it was sufficient to cook simple meals. What we liked best was the staff - both receptionists were extremely friendly and accommodating and willing to help, they allowed us to stay in the room until 5 pm, although normally you must check out before 12. Wifi was good. Location is great, not far from the sea and city center and a large Migros.

The fridge didn’t close fully no matter how hard we tried and when we didn’t want the cleaners to come into our flat they knocked aggressively until they opened the door and sometimes the toilet would overflow.

I like the location and the flat was big enough for our various needs and the cleaners always came to make sure our flat was clean and tidy and the swimming pool was excellent.

The room furnishings are quite old. It feels very tired and worn out. The smell of amoke is a but too much.

Mehmet and the other staff members are very friendly, and allowed for early check in. Pool is a great perk in the heat of July. The room was quite clean. It served us very well for the one night we stayed in Marmaris.

Door knob fell immidiately, sinks in bathroom needs unplugging. Breakfast is so lame. "Turkish breakfast" is 5€ and it is not even T from turkish, not even tea included

There was intense cigarette smoke coming in through the bathroom window (air vent behind the building where someone was smoking all the time) which was making the entire room smell bad. Even after closing the bathroom window, the smoke was still finding its way through. The bathroom was dirty as were the kitchen utensils.

The property is a little dated but the room was clean and comfortable. It’s in a good location just a 5 minute walk to the centre and 10 minutes from the marina.

The sheets, although clean, need replacing. They're just worn out from overuse. There are small details here and there that need to be refreshed or repaired.

Nice and clean pool in the courtyard in front of the hotel. A 7-8 minute walk from the seaside promenade and the dancing fountain illuminated with colorful lights (one of the new attractions of Marmaris). Clinicians in the rooms of the small but sufficient apartment for four people are an important advantage. Refrigerator in the room. The availability of many parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel.

The cleaning staff were very nice,polite and helpful but the cleaning needs more improvments.

We rented 3 apartments with balcony which were big, beautiful.The shower and toilet are new and well equipped. The wireless internet was very good. The air conditioning in both rooms was very good . The hotel was in a quite neihgborhood Within walking distance was super market, restaurants, cafes. Very close to the city center in walking for 10 minutes you can reach the grand bazar,marina and .... The staff is nice and helpful. the pool was big enough for all and specialy for the kids.

Classic family run hotel with swimming pool, bar and all facilities. It's not a new hotel but you can clearly see that the owners did a lot of recent rennovations, so from the outside and inside both it's very clean. The receptionists and staff were very friendly and helped me with any kind of questions 24/7. I felt really welcome there because it has a family vibe and also many regular guests. Location is good also, just 10 min walking from the beach and also center of Marmaris.

a Fanta I spilt over on the floor was still there two days later but that is the only negative point
