To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

As this was our family (of 3)first trip to Istanbul, Mustafa at the front desk, was exceptional. He is one that would go out of their way to help you when in need. His service quality and willingness to share and help within his capabilities is top-notched. This is paired with the fantastic hotel stay (room with hamman) where beds are really comfortable and the room offers all that you need. Only thing is the room is on a separate building from the main hotel where breakfast is served which can be easily overlooked given the overall experience. Hotel is situated amongst very good restaurants. Almost a perfect score for us and would highly recommend anyone to give it a try. Thanks Mustafa for all that you did to make it a memorable visit for my family. All the best to you. Cheers.

FranceThe ventilation from the kitchen ends on the same level as the balcony. So, in the morning you feel the smell of the food which you will eat soon) Also the ventilation produces a lot of noice till afternoon. If you plan to spend the first part of the day in the hotel the room with the balcony is possibly not what you need.
Everything was great: location, staff, facilities. In this hotel we particualry loved brekfasts on the rooftop with amazing views and the room with the balcony. The balcony was equipped with a sofa, chairs, a table and was a nice place to gather together with the family after the day and enjoy the direct view to the mosque.

My fiancé and I liked everything. I like the view of the Blue Mosque, and own private turkish bath inclusive of the traditional towels and scrub. Also, there was a 1.5L water bottle aside from two 500mL ones, as it is badly needed during and after a day tour in Istanbul. Aside from that, there was turkish delight, , baklava, cookies and chocolates, which added sweetness during our stay.

Hotel is located in the walking distance to Blue Mosque and there is a nice view from the terrace, where you can get breakfast. Room was small, but well kept and clean and there were some snacks and beverages. Staff very helpful and nice. They helped us with everything we asked for.

GermanyThe rooms are comfortable. The hotel offers a nice snack between 4 and 6 pm. The staff is super friendly, they gave us a lot of tips on sightseeing and transportation. The position is of the hotel is amazing! So close to everything: restaurants, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi palace and park within a short walking distance.
