You can hear your neighbors in the room - if there is a small child or a noisy company nearby, this could be a problem, but earplugs at night solve it

Amazing hotel! Clean rooms, polite staff, nice breakfast, amazing view (we took a room with a view on a mosque) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Relaxing spa zone with a big swimming pool, be sure to get a massage at the spa.

Room has poor sound insulation, which we fixed with ear plugs. Breakfast could be more varied for vegetarians. Floor in pool area are very slippery when wet, a few people fell.

Good location for exploring Fatih neighborhood and ok connections to other parts of the city. Stuff was very friendly and kind. Room and other places were clean and comfortable. Lot to choose for breakfast.

Stayed for 3 nights with family. Location is really perfect. Its in walk by distance from the historical places of Istanbul and to the Vezneciler metro station. Hotel staff was very supportive. Specifically Ilhami bey was exceptionally helpful for finding my lost ID card which we appreciated a lot. Overall a good stay over Eid Al-Fitr.

The baby crib we were provided was very worn out and definitely needs a replacement. It was almost hard to unfold it. The hose of the shower handle was leaking from the back but still was usable. The cooling of the air conditioning was not very strong so it was a little warm in the room.

The hotel has a great location in Fatih neighborhood on a main and easy accessible street. There is a metro station and bus stops that are very close (~100m) The rooms are very nice looking, clean and stylishly decorated. The staff was very friendly all over the place. The breakfast was very tasty, with lots of choices in a nice big restaurant with friendly staff and cooking on the spot. Big plus for the underground parking.

The hotel is located close enough to the main attractions in the Old city. Walking distance to the Grand Bazaar and 3 tram stations away from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The triple room was of a decent size and clean enough. Breakfast was good.

Pool in spa was little bit cold cca 25 °C and we must buy swiming cap for 100 lira. But it depands on what you prefer.

Cleaning was not that great .

I was super impressed with the service given at the reception. I dropped my phone in the taxi booked for the airport. Made a call back to the hote,l staff traced the taxi n found it. They used the emergency calls n got thru to my sister. I made arrangements n got it after days later. Unbelievable. Service thanks to Sercan.

Location is good. Walking distance (~25 min) to the Blue mosque, or by tram (~10min). Safe and clean neighborhood. Good stuff. Pool and spa are good (free of charge). We also paid the VIP massage (massage + hammam), was good (price was ~70e pp). Rooftop restaurant (which can be seen on pictures) is for lunch / dinner (hotel restaurant for breakfast is in the floor -2)
