Glad we booked this place when we came back to Istanbul. The place is quiet, very clean, and perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood is very cute and close to restaurants, within walking distance. I will book again next time I visit Istanbul.

I really appreciated all the information he provided about the area (places to visit, restaurants, and best routes) and his easy going service. The steps were too narrow and best to ask for lower room when and If you have senior citizens.

We loved the apartment. Big, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The host was super nice and helpful, reserved us parking place very near and give us a lot of good recommendations for restaurants and places to see. For sure, next time we return to Istanbul, we will try to stay here. The location is perfect: central, but quiet on the streets with colorful wooden buildings. Super delicious and good priced restaurants nearby, not on that touristic path.

I would say the nearest metro/tram station is about 10 min walk but through hilly areas and sloping alleyways. To walk to Hagia Sophia/Blue Mosque is around 10mins as well but again through hills and uneven backroads. We did find a chiller, less slope-y route but took us around 20 mins to Hagia sophia/metro station.

Host is friendly and helpful, assisted us in finding the place, whereabouts in Istanbul and sending us off during check out. The house is on the 1st floor, it is a small apartment, the queen bedroom is small, the single bedroom is even smaller but all facilities are exceptional. We get to cook proper meals, it has a large fridge, cozy living room. It is in residential area so quite safe, many guesthouses left and right so many tourists around as well. There is a nearby public park where children play around and walking distance to groceries store so quite a nice neighbourhood. Many cats hang outside the apartment and they are adorable.

Maybe an extra blanket for the double bed. It was a bit too small for two persons. Some extra towels would have been nice too, but we didn't ask for it specifically.

We had a pleasant stay with three adults. The apartment was clean and small (but cozy). It's in a central location close to the main attractions (walking distance). Owner is friendly and willingly to help with anything. Furthermore, he explained to us how we can travel to the main attractions. We asked for extra toilet paper and received it quickly.

Their directions to the place from the T1 line needed to be a little more detailed. Their bathroom fan is quite noisy - but I think all bathroom fans in Turkey might be noisy.

The hosts were gracious and accommodating. They contacted us ahead of time. Their directions in using public transportation were excellent.

We ended up staying during the Xmas / New Year's holidays so paid a premium for that. Would happily stay here again in off-peak season when it is much better value for money.

Amazing service provided by owner and his team. Reception is available 24hrs and very responsive on WhatsApp. Was more than happy to help with transport recommendations and local restaurants/shops etc.

Bathroom fan is VERY noisy, you cannot go to bathroom without waking up everyone else, since it turns on automatically with the light switch.

Great location, fairly quiet neighborhood close to all Sultanahmet attractions, main bedroom windows go to to a closed off area, so it is very quiet there (less so in the common room, as it overlooks the street with cafes etc). Good matresses, okayish pillows. Very clean. Kitchenette is small, but has all the essentials. Great cafe (Begonville Cafe) on a neighbouring street and a supermarket close by. The host is very attentive and welcoming.
