I didn't like that we were on the 3rd floor as my mother was 88 so a bit difficult for her having to use the stairs all the time.

There is not a lift which could be tricky for the elderly or disabled.

The Hamle hotel is conveniently located near the town centre , the delightful Azmak river and the beach. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts were outstanding in the quality and choice of food. it was delightful to have breakfast outside alongside the swimming pool.

Only some staff spoke little English, for such a big hotel this is strange.

Hotel has many good points: great location with river and restaurants close by, clean, looked after and comfortable. Staff seemed helpful.

I had booked an economy room originally, however, the room looked very different than the pictures presented here on the app. When I told them this, they upgraded my room without any trouble. I didn't like the fact that the actual claustrophobic appearance of the economy room was not represented here accurately. All the other pictures of the hotel on this app accurately represent the hotel. I am adding a photo of the economy room that I had booked originally.

The hotel was nice and clean. Excellent location, close to the beach and the Azmak Creek. Also very close to the boats where you can take daily tours. The hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was open buffet with good selection.

I had paid for my stay via Booking.com. After checking in, Booking.com forwarded an email to me from the hotel, in Turkish, with a link i was asked to click on. I thought it could be a scam, and did NOT click it, but showed the manager. He could not explain why it was sent, which made me a bit nervous. Only one staff member spoke English.

Would not recommend. My friend moved in a few days earlier and was unhappy. Small rooms, staff unhelpful, no shade in pool area irregular maid service. I did not stay there and found alternative accomodation. I could not get a refund.

It was a lovely hotel, it was budget price so don’t expect a non budget service, the pool was very clean and never very busy, the staff are always smiling and happy to help
