For the underground level in my opinion should be available also the stairs not only the elevator

I booked 2 rooms, one for my wife and I, and another (bigger) room for my friends (husband, wife, and three small kids). For my friends' room, I booked two beds and a crib. When we arrived, they only had 1 bed and the crib in the room. There's no way their two older kids would fit in the one bed with the parents, and my booking confirmed 2 beds. When I asked the gentleman at the check in about this, he said that he only saw a request for 1 bed and said he could help us the next day. That was completely unacceptable as they needed a solution for that night. Even though I showed him my booking for 2 beds, he was unwilling to help that night. His only solution he offered was for us to PAY for another room that night. WHY should I have to pay for another room, when they are not honoring our booking?? We kept pressing him, and it wasn't until we (my friend and I) offered to transport the extra bed (which should have already been in the room) into their room ourselves, that he finally went and got the extra bed for them. Ultimately we got the bed we needed in the room, but he was so unwilling to help and it took far too much pressuring for him to finally help. Really poor customer service. My other complaint is about my room. It smelled strong of cigarette smoke, which was really off-putting. We opened the window to air out the room and confirmed that the smell was indeed from inside the room not from outside. This helped some, but the room still had a smoke smell to it. If these two things hadn't happened, it would've been a great place to stay. But because of these, I cannot recommend this place, nor will I stay here again.

The location was great, the beds were comfortable enough (good for the price range), the facilities were clean and a comfortable waiting area near the check in counter.

I had a family room and website says that size of my apartment was 45 meters but thats not the case with us as i had been given a room 106 which were very tiny bedrooms and the size of the rooms were not as described on the booking.com website. they were very suffocating rooms as there were not enough space to even put our luggage’s on the floor I spent 2 nights in those tiny rooms and it wasn’t comfortable at all for the size of our family. luckily i saw our next door family room 105 door was left open and noticed that this family is much bigger than ours so i made a complaint to the receptionist as this is not fair and requested to change our rooms initially my request was not honoured but later after my complaint they had changed my room, which had spoiled our holidays.

We had kitchen, just coffe mugs, no water cups. Cooking place was really rusty. Pillows not so good, just turkish programs, veeeeeery loud - during the day AND night, windows are not so gut

Unfortunately it seems that the most of the smaller hotels in Istanbul are made from old houses, not only this one. The rooms and the hallway are bit small. This wouldn`t be a problem at all if there is a good soundproofing. I got the impression that we are in the same room with the neighbors and unfortunately we got the worst neighbors I guess. I couldn't sleep for 3 days until they left. There was yelling until 3-4 after midnight. So every night I was going to reception twice to ask them to calm them down. But unfortunately, once I got the answer that "they are costumers too". So I guess that there is no silence policy, even after midnight.

The hotel is clean and on good location, even that the neighborhood is too noisy and bit dirty. It is very close to the Taksim square. The personnel was good and it is value for the money. They were preparing the room and changing the towels every day, which is perfect.

The room window was not air tight so you can hear noise from outside.

The room itself was very good. Although not the one on the pictures but it was a good room. Clean and tidy, toiletries towel everything thT you need.
