The shuttle pickup from the airport was rather complicated and took a while, however, my shuttle to the airport was prompt and dropoff was simple.

Beautifully decorated rooms, and you can't beat the location - walking distance from all the nearby tourist sites so you can beat the rush. Breakfast was huge and delicious, it could accommodate plenty of diets.

This Hotel located close around 10 minutes to top attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia & Topkapi Palace. Plus, there are Bazaar and small convinience shop nearby too. Best things happened to me in the hotel is that: The Gentleman at the counter let us to have early check in as we were so exhausted from almost one day travelling from Madinah & the Breakfast i love it for its variety! I 'll miss this place surely 🥹

We really liked our stay at Katelya Hotel. The hotel staff especially Yunus and Ferhat really guided us well about everything. The cleanliess and breakfast was also very good. Also, our daughter had her first birthday and they greeted her well with baloons and the decor. This gesture was a really nice one. And we will definitely choose Katelya for our next visit to Istanbul inshaAllah.

Is too nice everything

Everything was so nice ..the room was ready befor we arrive to the hotel...the check in was at 14:00 but we arrive at 7:00 and they give us already our room. Service room clean every Day...breakfast was so so good .The front desk people are the best to help you and show you what you need . Is near the Blue Mosque and also to the T1 tram station. You have lots of restaurants near by and shops. We Will come back in Istanbul and we Will come back to Katelya with love .

Location is great to visit the old part of istanbul. The only thing to be improved is the daily cleaning service (the toilet toilet wasn’t properly cleaned)

Very comfortable stay, and very friendly staff. When we arrived, Yassine gave us a map and showed us the most visited areas around istanbul. He also offered us a room upgrade due to the very long taxi delay. Breakfast is also excellent, with delicious coffee and tea. The hot egg dish was delicious(was available on 2 days of our stay). Would appreciate adding more hot dish options though(some days it was just fries). You also get free water bottles. The location was 10 minutes away from the touristic mosques. Walk to nearest tram station was also 10 minutes.

Continuously Dogs barking in streets. People/guests laughing and talking at stairs in front of room door at very late night. Heating system was very noisy. So we can't keep it on all night. Toilet door needs repair, very noisy.

The furniture is a bit old and the room is small, but didn’t bother me.

The location is top, very close to city center, and you can park your car in front of the hotel. The hotel staff is super friendly and very kind. Also the woman from the restaurant cooked for us fresh omelette almost every day. I recommend!

Great little gem near all the main locations. The rooms are perfectly clean and maintained with an abundant buffet breakfast ( + the nice lady makes different type of omelets depending on your request). There is working elevator to reach upper floors.Really nice personnel they provide tips suggestions if you have any questions. Nothing to complain about the room is big to comfortably stay there, however you're not there for the hotel but for the wonderful city.Everything within walking distance.10/10

The bathrooms are in need of a little maintenance-it was difficult to adjust the shower at the right temperature, it just was old and worn, as was the shower area itself.

hotel is on 5-7 minutes walking distans from St .Sophia, Blue mosque, Cisterns, Topkapi- in the very center of historic center of Constantinople/ Stambul. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. includes several types of cheese, sausageс, olives, fresh and grilled vegetables, everything is very tasty and sufficient. our room was seaview, nice with everithing we nedded.
