Maybe split some of the breakfast tables to create more seating and start breakfast half an hour earlier, as everybody tends to arrive at the same time.

A gem of a hotel in Istanbul! Faultless location in the middle of the old city, small enough for really personalised service levels, super friendly and efficient staff who goes way beyond the norm to assist. Clean, comfortable rooms & bathrooms.

The bathroom drainage is rather slow, so a shower can flood the stall fast.

Located steps from the Sirkeci train station, the first train station to connect the European and Asian continents. Also near the tram station and yet still be on a quiet lane - this is a unique place of respite. It's an easy walk to many hotspots such as the Gulhane Park, Spice Bazaar and all the shops in between. The room is cozy with good sound proofing and facilities that work. The rain shower was great, hot water plenty. I enjoyed the breakfast very much...simple spread a mix of western and local fare with juices, soft warm bread, fruits and a surprising variety of cheeses. There are only 2 units per floor, so it's your luck if you get a noisy neighbour otherwise it's rather tranquil. Their elevator is a unique contraption too.

The hotel is just perfect if you look for the following: * Location * Cleanness * Comfort * Friendly and helpful staff The hotel is located on the best possible location. Just next to the train station. Just next to the tram stops. Just 5 minutes to all the boats from Eminonu. Just 5-10 mins from Topkapi, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque. Surrounded by many restaurants, cafés and shops, but located on a relatively calm and not so noisy street. For us, the cleanness is really important and we found it here. Our room was perfect size. The bed is big enough for two persons and it was comofortable. The bath was perfect size also. All the staff is really friendly and helpful. They managed our parking in the best possible way. Keep manage that place in the best manner. I definitely recommend it.

Booking the return taxi via Mr Bird to the airport was the same price as booking.com and about 300TL more expensive then via Indrive app. The Taxi quality from booking.com was much better. Our return taxi was booked for 5pm but at 4 30pm we were told that there is rush hour so taxi might be at 5 30pm so it is better to do a 6 min walk and get into the taxi near serkeci, and that the staff will help walk you there with the luggage. Agreement was 45 euros which was coming out to be 1470TL when I checked in the morning, but when we arrived at the taxi the calculation went up to 1530TL, unfortunately I only had 1500TL but the receptionist started acting very rude while I scurried for some British pounds that were in my bag...it was a state of panic to be honest...when I finally got 10 pounds out from my bag the receptionist said that the hotel owner is saying that it is okay to let go of the 30TL....other than this the stay was very good

Great value for money. Rooms and toilets were cleaned every day and toiletries replaced. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was extremely cooperative. It had everything one needs for a comfortable night and a great start to the morning when you have a long day ahead.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location and access to public transport. Clean rooms with windows and a good breakfast. I did a lot of research to find the best hotel room within my budget and this hotel met all my expectations as a solo traveler. One downside was that it wasn't the quietest area/ room at night, because the hotel is located in such a busy area. But even with the noises, it wasn't a problem for me to go to sleep. Overall I had a very good experience. I recommended this hotel.👍

Very responsive front desk, who accommodated a few of our requests. Overall a great location, in close proximity to a couple of train lines. The staff had upgraded our room on our first of the two stays there, which was a pleasant surprise. For this price, this is one of the biggest sized rooms you can ask for in that area of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb, being conveniently close to the tram station and to the egyptian bazar. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. They are incredibly helpful, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. From offering assistance with various needs to even helping with the reservation of a taxi to the airport at a reasonable rate, the level of service is outstanding. I also want to highlight the hotel's flexibility and attention to detail. They graciously agreed to store our luggage early in the morning before check-in, and upon our return, everything had been seamlessly arranged in the room, impeccably organized

Amazing location, central to all public transport (trams, train and ferry). Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Great, friendly staff. We arrived at 7am, and they allowed us to check in straight away, which was greatly appreciated after a very long flight. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. On one day, they provided some complimentary fruit, which was a nice touch. We highly recommend this amazing family run hotel. We were very happy with our decision to stay here. Don’t hesitate to book!
