Everything was perfect

A very beautiful small quiet and nice hotel for summer holidays. The beach is never crowded unlike in other big hotels in Bodrum. Sometime I was the only one at the beach. Staff was very helpful, always there to satisfy our needs. I had a suite - two big rooms bedroom and living room with stunning sea view. Good variety of breakfast

Firstly I want to thank Mrs.Sesil for her assistance.She is so kind and helpful and always there to help us about our reservations, trips. The hotel has a beautiful beach with white sands. The food is amazing, there are famous chefs working at Palmalife Hotel. Also I want to thank to the management, general Manager Mr.Semih. Our experience at Palmalife has been absolutely unforgettable. The hotel is beyond gorgeous and the staff are incredibly hardworking, attentive, and professional, 24/7 going over and beyond to ensure guests have an incredible experience, and acting extremely quickly to solve any issue that may arise. Special mention to Sesil, who is a phenomenal guest relations professional, who arranged bookings for all the venues we wanted to visit, made recommendations for parties and events, and essentially read us and understood our vibe perfectly from the outset. She’s extremely reliable and responsive, and we’ll miss her! The lovely Arda and his team of waiters and waitresses at the restaurant also deserve a special mention. Oktay runs the department so well and lives to ensure attention to guests is top notch all the time. He’s worked in Bodrum for an exceptionally long time and he knows the town inside out. He’s so passionate about his job and dedicated, and the team always works with a smile on their faces. 10/10. Also, breakfast is open until noon! We’ll be back!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was upgraded to a villa with an amazing view. Yavuz was amazing and went out of his way to accommodate us to the fullest. location was amazing, and very clean!

Lovely and quiet place with amazing sunsets, large beautiful area with a large swimming pool, sea view room was spacious, and breakfast was tasty. The hotel staff is attentive and friendly. Definitely i would come back to that place.

One of the best hotels i stayed in my eniire trip of turkey, the view , the staff, the rooms, breakfast everything was beyond expectations. The staff is very very helpfull, speacial thanks to Mr. Hakan who is the secuirty guy at the entrance of hotel, 10 stars for him genuinely amazing helfull person.Eveerything was really amazing we regret not staying more days ................as once you are at the hotel you dont want to go back

Nothing in walking distance due to roads. But cabs easy to get

I loved this hotel! The whole place/views exceed my expectations! I loved the modern architecture, great for pictures. The pool view is better in real life and the sea was lovely to swim in. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. Ask for coffee or tea and your waiter will bring over quickly. Staff were very helpful and friendly, always going out their way. Little English spoken that was the only downfall but overall we managed! But really we are in a different country and who are we to say all staff should speak good English.

Property wise - a few things however they require substantial investment from the owners. They should really make this place a gem of northern Bodrum again. Staff Language skills - especially in the F&B and Housekeeping areas . Breakfast food variety and payable tea and coffee - not seen anywhere.

Exceptional location - detached in a secluded place on a cliff, far from the crowds and hassle of Yalikavak main centre. Fabulous views and not only in the sunset time. One can just lose sense of time gazing at the horizon from the infinity pool. Plenty of space - you feel private at the beach and in the pool - never too many people. Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Ramazan and Hakan (front office bell service) going extra mile and performing the concierge services, ie arranging transportation and outlets bookings - which is not a trivial task in summer Bodrum. City authorities should really adhere to the taxi availability issue. Overall, new management of the hotel tries to upgrade the level of service.

We expected 5-star hotel experience but it is not that case. We have faced many minor problems in this hotel: water flooding the bathroom after each shower, staff who do not speak english, broken tiles on the dark stairs, puddles from sprinklers in the evening. Nice toiletries but no glasses for water in the room. No complimentary water(which is essential I believe). All of this very easy to fix and little renovation in low season might help.

I want to express my great gratitude to the guest relation manager Dicla who was desperately trying to save our impression of this place but bad hotel maintenance and some miscommunication were trying to ruin all her efforts. For the sake of justice I want to say that the breakfast was very nice and sunset views from balcony or infinity pool was fantastic!
