Old plumbing, water leaked from the shower, the floor was wet all the time, a poorly functioning lock to the room. And slowly worked WI-FI, can say that didnt work all time

Lovely hotel but in desperate need of refurbishment. I’ve stayed here a few times but don’t think I’ll stay again until the property is refurbished and more staff to service the rooms. Arrived on Monday (1 room bathroom not cleaned on arrival), then had to ask for our 2 rooms to be cleaned on Thursday as no one had been in - bins not emptied, bathroom not cleaned, toilet paper not replaced, towels/bedding not touched. No elevator/lift in the property, despite 4 floors from restaurant to top floor. Can be noisy at night due to bars and restaurants in the area but calms down after midnight.

Breakfast was superb - wide variety, very fresh, Waiters excellent service. Fantastic location next to a lovely (but dirty) beach. Fabulous views from the hotel.

They were renovating the place but its understandable,they are getting the place ready for a new season,this did not bother us at all.

A nice hotel right next to the beach,very friendly staff.We traveled at the beginning of March so it was cold and was snowing.Breakfast was very good,this hotel is definitely value for money.Its simple,clean,got all the basic necessities.I would stay there again.

This is very comfortable small hotel right next to town yet has almost private beach next door. Nice fish restaurant downstairs and owner is a local who likes to talk and make guest comfy.

Children guests should have some kind of complimentary juice while having breakfast, not black tea only as we've been offered daily. 😊 The public beach nearby looks nice, but it's full of trash and broken glass.

Nice hotel. Good location in Çesme. Friendly and nice staff. They don't speak English well, but they will give their best to communicate with guests, so their effort is much appreciated. 😊 Rooms are tiny but clean and functional. Our balcony had a nice view. Breakfast was good, and the restaurant has a lovely position next to the beach. Free parking behind the hotel.

Pillow is very-very high and bed is small for 2 people. Smoking in the room is prohibited but the smell of smoking is noticeable in the room. Wi-fi can be improved. Staying on the 1st floor is very noisy due to the voices from reception.

It is right on the beach, very calm place (in case your room is not on the first floor), there is a possibility to park a car close to hotel (in case you are not arriving in evening on weekend, when there are a lot of cars around.

I think the shower booth was leaking. Too much water leaks no matter how neatly I used a shower…

Wonderful location and friendly staffs. Right in front of the small beach and all the rooms have ocean views. The room I stayed was probably least expensive one and thus least view, but still good enough view. I also liked the breakfast venue which is a terrace seafood restaurant at dinner time. But I think the best point was that they are trying to improve their services. In the old reviews, I saw many comments saying non of the staffs spoke English, the room was too poor and need refurbishment, there was no cleaning service during the stay, etc. but surprisingly these were all improved. Off course it’s far away from 5 star hotel, but comfortable enough and value for money for a 3 star hotel and I really enjoyed the stay.

We had the room on the first floor right above the restaurant and next to reception, so it was very noisy. Also had the noisiest air conditioning (which kind of works as white noise and was deafening the other noises).
