There wasn’t beverage menu or wine list in room and no desserts from main menu available. Kinda disappointed. After housekeeping left no cap or mugs in the room.

Hotel rooms seemed little tired, could do with an update, especially the bathroom, but still good, functional and comfortable. Pillows were too soft

Location was amazing, especially views from the suite we booked on the top floor was the best you can have in Istanbul. Hotel is right on Bosphorus and very close to Ortakoy historic mosque, sea ferry service and Bosphorus Bridge. Views at night very magical. Room was clean and comfortable and larger than average with sitting area and enough room to accommodate 2 additional single beds. Heating worked well and room lighting was good. Top floor suite comes with a large balcony which was a big plus. We arrived early around 12 midday, but room was provided straight away, which was great. Breakfast was decent but could be better if wider variety of fruit and breakfast options. Staff were welcoming.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and helpful. I always got a friendly wave and smile every day from them. The bed was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel is on a very busy street so if you want peace and quiet forget it. However if you want to explore lively Istanbul it is perfectly placed.

I think its a bit overpriced. For Tourist, they don’t have much information on tours, and the ones they have are extremely expensive. Suggestion would be to have more tours and information available to tourist. Need to improve the black outs for the rooms.

The staff was very nice. The beds very comfortable. The Hotel has an amazing terrace and an amazing view. They gave me an upgrade and the room had an amazing view.

Breakfast menu was not good,breads selection was poor,the overall behaviour of staff wasn't much good,room service was also not much supportive,house keeping agents were not much good,overall staff was not friendly.

While having the reservation, we did not know that the room we have reserved was not actually inside the main building. So, we had to walk to another building which was looking at the back street and the entrance was not appealing considering a 5 star hotel. The room case did not work as well. So for a special event it was difficult to keep the personal belongings in private even though it was totally safe inside the building.

It was clean and the staff was very welcoming and kind. The rooms were spacious and well equipped.

The annex building was not the best since it was separated from the hotel. When we 1st got the room there was a smell like not well ventilated. The AC wasn’t working well and we asked the receptionist to fix it and he sent a guy twice to fix it but wasn’t working properly. I messaged the property that it was our anniversary but there wasn’t anything special or even a greeting card! We used to stay in better hotels and get better service and complementation!

1. I don’t recommend including the breakfast with the booked room at all, there is no much choices for food, I kept eating omelette eggs for 5days, lots of insects and flying bugs are around the food, ants are all around the tables while I’m eating, I didn’t like this at all and if I didn’t pre paid for it I won’t eat it. 2. I paid extra for the view, “Bosphourus panoramic view” I was disappointed about what I received, it wasn’t as I wished or expected from the pictures in the website.

1. The location is just perfect, near to most of the famous places, I could walk to any place needed Ortakoy sahili is 2mins far from the hotel, bebek sahili is 50mins walk, lots of museums are 1hr walk and this is just amazing and it’s at the Bosphourus 2. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and very nice to me and other customers, I just hoped some of them could know English more so it makes the conversations much easier
